Not the fit for me on my sim rig, quite different from the 300.I bought the FRP-311 in order to try and get a better fit compared to the FRP-300. The 300 was a bit too short in the seatback and narrow through the shoulder boulsters. The 311 is listed as having a wider shoulder boulster and taller seatback, and it does indeed when confirmed by measurement and fit, so it fit well in that regard. The issue for me is that the the angle between seat and seatback is steeper, 97 degrees vs 102 in the 300, and the seat mounting holes are in a much different spot than the 300. Leaned back in the NRG bracket as much as possible the 311 is still 10ish degrees more upright than the 300 highest at the front and middle hole in the rear.I originally bought the FRP-300 and found it a bit short in the torso and narrow in the shoulders so I bought two other seats in the NRG range that were listed taller and wider in the shoulders, the FRP-311 and the FRP-302. I found the NRG size chart isn't that accurate, or at the least, the dimensions they give don't reflect the dimensions inside the bucket. Below is what I measured vs what NRG lists (google their chart, amazon won't allow links)FRP-300: AccurateShoulder Width (column A in the NRG chart): 23" vs 23" measuredSeatback Height (column F): 34" vs 34" measuredSeatback Height in bucket: 32"Outer width at rear mounting bolts: 17" measuredSeatback Angle (no NRG column): 102 degreeFRP-302: Narrower than listed, slightly bigger than the FRP-300Shoulder Width (column A in the NRG chart): 24" vs 23.5" measuredSeatback Height (column F): 36" vs 34.5" measuredSeatback Height in bucket: 32.5"Outer width at rear mounting bolts: 17" measured (per NRG chart column D, implied it should have been wider than FRP-300)Seatback Angle (no NRG column): 102 degreeFRP-311: Closer to accurate fit didn't work for meShoulder Width (column A in the NRG chart): 24.5" vs 24.25" measuredSeatback Height (column F): 36" vs 36" measuredOuter width at rear mounting bolts: 16.5" measured (per NRG chart column D, implied it should have been same as FRP-300)Seatback Angle (no NRG column): 97 degreeOf the 3, I kept the Prisma FRP-302. While it wasn't much bigger than the FRP-300, the build quality felt better and I liked the looks better. The FRP-311 while taller and wider at the shoulders, was too upright for me, and had a very large front leg cushion that cut into my legs that i didn't like. The FRP-300 is slightly smaller than the FRP-302, but the fabric construction isn't as nice as the FRP-302.As far as value and availability, NRG is hard to beat and value is strong for whichever you pick. I felt the premium for the Prisma FRP-302 was worth it for the colourways and nicer fabrics.

Bought this for my sim rig. I didn’t buy a pre built rig so it’s all custom. I got the purple and it is so great looking. The seat is comfortable and honestly was well built. I’m 6’3” and around 250. My waist size is about a 38 and I fit comfortably in here. I’m not used to car seats so I’m not sure what fit everyone else is looking for but this one seriously fits me well. I know they are either a reseller or knock offs but I really like this one. Comfy, and stylish.

I installed these seats in my 2009 civic SI a few months ago and they are awesome! They arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. The installation was quite easy, especially since it was the first time I had installed this type of seat in a car! It took me about 2 to 3 hours to complete the installation. Once that was done, I went to try them! They are very comfortable and above all they allow excellent posture maintenance when turning. I recommend them to anyone who wants to go on track for racing with a low budget! The only flaw is the rear backrest which is aesthetically a little less attractive. It is made of slightly satin black fiberglass which is, in my opinion, a little less beautiful. But I certainly can't get enough of it for such a low price like that!

This bucketseat is good, but not perfect. I agree with some reviewers that said the mounting brackets are not square -- definitely be aware of this when trying to mount to your sim rig. The seat itself is pretty comfortable. There's a decent enough amount of padding, but don't expect the same softness that comes with the more traditional seats. It does need some extra lumbar support, however.I haven't sat in it for prolonged periods of time so I can't say how warm it gets, but I imagine it will probably get a tad toasty given how "fitted" it is.For reference, I'm between 5'5-5'6" and ~160lbs. I bought the medium and I fit snugly. I intend on adding motion to my rig in the future, so I opted for a more snug fit to keep from sliding around. It's not so snug that it's uncomfortable, but there's no room on either side of my legs. If you want a more relaxed fit, I would opt for the large.Overall I'm pleased with this bucketseat, especially for the price. This seat is comfortable enough and is perfect for a sim racing rig. I highly recommend it.
