Einfach genialer Lüfter, besonders für kleine Gehäuse.Ich finde besonders gut, dass man den Lüfter unter dem Kühlkörper montieren kann. So wird in meinem flachen PC-Gehäuse die warme Luft oben aus dem Gehäuse geblasen und nicht nach unten auf das Mainboard um dann im Gehäuse verteilt zu werden.

Vollständiges Paket, mit Werkzeug, allen erforderlichen Adapterplatten für AMD und Intel, auch mit Wärmeleitpaste und zusätzlicher Verlängerungsleitung für den Mainboard-Anschluss. Werkelt bei mir auf einem core-i 13500. Für mein Empfinden durchdachte Montage. Leise. CPU kaum über 40 °C. Seltsame Lüfter-Farbe, ist mir aber egal.

Ich verwende den Noctua NH-L12S mit einem ASRock Z790M-ITX WiFi Mainboard, Corsair Vengeance 2x32GB 6600 MHz Ram und einem Intel i9-13900K in einem 2U Rack-Gehäuse. Bei dieser Kombination ist es erforderlich, die Kühlleistung bei unterschiedlichen Leistungen der CPU genau zu kontrollieren. Demnach habe ich über Cinebench23 das System unter Volllast gesetzt und mit Intel Extreme Tuning die Werte überwacht.Den Turbo-Modus (bei diesem Mainboard auf 58 Sekunden und 253 Watt begrenzt) musste die Leistung auf 200 Watt gedrosselt werden. Hier ging die CPU Temperatur bis 90 °C hoch. Der Dauerlastmodus (normalerweise laut Intel-Spec. 125 Watt) wurde von mir auf das Maximum des Boards, also 150 Watt eingestellt. Hier pendelt die Temperatur um 80 °C. In beiden Fällen geht die CPU nicht ins Thermal Throttling. Es wäre also sogar möglich, den Wert für die Dauerlast noch zu erhöhen (z.B. auf 170 Watt), wenn das Board das zulassen würde.Fazit ist also, dass der Kühler, trotz der niedrigen Bauweise, keine Probleme mit Dauerleistungen der CPU von ca. 150 - 170 Watt hat. Dies halte ich für eine herausragende Leistung.

・ＮZXT Ｈ1（1世代）・3700ｘで使用している。純正の簡易水冷はポンプが逝ったのか、温度が下がらなくなったので安心安全の空冷に変更。ファン1個で冷やせるか不安だったので。外側カバー140㎜ファン（別売り）本体付属ファンマザーボードの順で配置している。3700ｘなら問題なく、非常に静かに運用できている。薄型トップフローでこれ以上良い製品はないと思う。

I picked up this cooler to replace an H80i v2 which failed on me after just a few months in my ITX 9700K Solidworks PC build. I figured I'd go back to old reliable air cooling since it seems like other folks have had similar issues with that particular AIO.First of all, the packaging design for this cooler deserves an award. I've bought Noctua fans before, but this was my first CPU cooler from them - all the packaging (aside from a couple plastic bags for mounting hardware) is beautifully folded cardboard that snugly keeps everything in its proper place. It would have been easy for Noctua to just make a few styrofoam molds to hold this thing, but they took the time to come up with this lovely origami-esque solution that is functional and environmentally friendly. Nice job guys!All of the hardware is great quality - mostly metal aside from a couple plastic spacers. The fan comes pre-installed in the most compact configuration (you can put it on top for better performance, but it might not fit in many ITX builds) and there are several instruction booklets (again, nice quality, for the different chipsets. Compared to other air coolers I've used, the mounting for this is a breeze - the LGA115X backplate has the feed-through standoffs press-fit so you just sort of pop it through the back and the rest of the installation is quite straightforward. If you're using this for AMD or a less common Intel chipset, the installation is a little more involved but probably not too bad. Additionally, there is a little metal Noctua decal "sticker" included which is the nicest logo swag I've ever gotten with a PC component (and I have built some very high end PCs!).The build is in a Silverstone SG13 case with a Silverstone SFX PSU. The CPU is an Intel 9700K running at stock settings with 2 sticks of 16GB Crucial 2666 spreaderless RAM. There is about 3/16" clearance between the top of this cooler and the PSU (PSU is flipped such that the intake fan is directly over the CPU heatsink) and about 1/8" between the CPU fan and the RAM. I put an additional Noctua 120mm fan on the front of the case for additional airflow.As far as cooling performance goes, I was very pleasantly surprised. Keep in mind, this is not a gaming build. This is a Solidworks PC that I use for moderate CAD work (about 1500 parts in my most complex assembly). Probably most importantly, when under typical loads, there is not a big, power-hungry GPU dumping a bunch of heat into my little ITX box - there is a tiny little P400 workstation card which is mostly there to provide multi-monitor support. That said, at an ambient temperature of nearly 90F (in my top floor California apartment with no AC) I was able to run the Solidworks benchmark as well as mess around with my largest assembly without every seeing a core temperature go above 70C. All the while, core clocks never dropped below 4700MHz. When I threw Prime95 at it, The core clocks evened out to around 4400MHz (130W power draw according to Core Temp) and temperatures hovered in the low 70's with the max I ever saw at 76C. Again, this is in a stuffy 90F ambient apartment.I can't provide measurements for noise levels, but I will say that, under moderate loading with all BIOS fan settings set to "Standard" this cooler cools my 9700K almost silently. Yes, when Prime95 is running and all 8 cores are under 100% load, it gets a bit louder, but not nearly as loud as some blower GPUs I've heard in gaming builds. In an office setting where the ambient temperature will be almost 10C below what I was testing at, I would never worry about my CPU overheating or the fans blowing so loudly that they bother my neighbors.This product receives my wholehearted recommendation - great job Noctua!

La parte più complessa è il fissaggio del radiatore ai supporti, ci vuole un po' di pazienza per centrare e fissare le viti di entrambi i lati.

Background:I needed to resurrect and cool an old AMD FX 8350 (No laughing) 125watt 8 core processor in a small case under my TV with poor airflow. M-atx board too.I needed a low height and upward firing of the heat. This fitted the bill, not the cheapest option though.Fitting:It will fit am3, am4, fm2 and most recent Intel sockets. All mounts provided and easy instructions.Fitting was a case of finding which direction to place it. One direction the heat pipes caught the 1st ram module.Turning 90 degrees solved that. (Different mounting brackets depending on which way round you place it).It mounts on the backplate you already have for your motherboard (AMD).With the fan under the heatsink, firing upward, it clears my Hyper Fury X by 2mm! Anyone with larger ram with bigger heatsinks will probably need the fan above firing down.It runs silently, literally and I haven't got the chip over 50 degrees with stress tests!!The chip runs at 4ghz, I did overclock briefly to 4.2ghz and it stayed at 50 degrees and still quiet.My tips:I didn't use the Stepdown cable, I just let the board control it.It comes with Noctua paste which I used as it appears to be better than my mx-4 by what I read.I found a long screwdriver was better than the one provided.I also turned off the low fan warning in bios as it turned too slowly on startup making my pc think it wasn't working.Summary:I'm converted! Better than expected, cooler, quieter. Quality.

Schon beim Auspacken merkt man: Da hat sich wirklich einer Gedanken gemacht. Es sind alle möglichen Anbauteile für gängige Sockeltypen beigelegt, gute Wärmeleitpaste (sieht aus wie Arctic Silver...) und eine ausführliche Anleitung.Das edle Bauteil wurde mit bottom-mounted Lüfter (wie auf dem Produktbild gezeigt) gleich in einen Gaming-HTPC (Gehäuse Silverstone SST-SG11B) eingebaut, um die heiße Luft eines Core i5 9600K unmittelbar ins Netzteil zu drücken. Das funktioniert auch hervorragend, nur musste ich einen zusätzlichen Gehäuselüfter zum Absaugen der hohen Menge aufgeheizter Luft durch Modifikation des Gehäusedeckels anbringen (vertikale Ausrichtung), da der kleine Netzteillüfter nicht in der Lage war, ausreichend Volumen pro Zeit abzutransportieren. Dafür kann der Kühler von Noctua aber nichts. Die Grafikkarte (GTX 1660 Ti) wird ihren Teil dazu beitragen, Hauptschuldiger ist aber die CPU. Bei Assassin's Creed: Odyssey konnte die Temperatur im Hochsommer mal auf 87 °C steigen. Nach dem zusätzlichen Gehäuselüfter (siehe oben) waren es nur noch maximal 74 °C. Bei Witcher 3 kam die Temperatur auf maximal 70 °C. Damit lässt sich für ein so kleines Gehäuse doch leben. Prime95 habe ich bisher noch nicht ausprobiert.Für mich gehen die damit erreichbaren Temperaturen mehr als in Ordnung. Ich habe über 5 Jahre am Stück einen Core i5 2500K mit Kompaktwasserkühlung auf knapp 5 GHz übertaktet mit stark angepassten Spannungen laufen lassen und beim Zocken zumeist Temperaturen um 90 Grad erreicht, ohne je Artefakte, Framerate-Einbrüche oder Ausfälle beklagt zu haben. Die CPU funktioniert auch noch heute tadellos. Das nur nebenbei.Es ist für mich dennoch enorm erstaunlich, was ein solch kleiner Kühler von Noctua imstande ist zu leisten. Super!Übertaktung sollte nur in Maßen genossen werden, auf originalem Takt (und VCore) aber durchaus für stärkere CPU-Modelle geeignet. Im Zweifelsfall würde ich dem Ding eine Chance geben.Der Lüfter selber ist unter Volllast zu hören, im unteren mittleren Lastbereich aber kaum wahrzunehmen - typisch Noctua. Besser geht in meinen Augen kaum.Rundum: Klasse Produkt für HTPC-Gehäuse mit enormer Leistungsdichte für solch ein kleines Gerät.Update 18.01.2024:Der Kühler wurde im selben HTPC-Gehäuse mit Hilfe der bei Noctua zahlreich verfügbaren Mounting Kits für alte Kühler auf einen hochmodernes Socket AM5 Gamingmainboard mit einem Ryzen 7700 umgezogen. Was soll ich sagen ...also dass ein Hersteller so eine Möglichkeit überhaupt erst anbietet, ist schon toll. Aber dass es dann auch tatsächlich auch genau so gut funktioniert wie vorher und der Kühler genau so perfekt sitzt ...Wahnsinn. Entgegen der Planung ist in meiner 78 mm Ausrichtung (Heatpipes Richtung PCIe-Slots) gerade so viel Platz, dass ich den RAM (Patriot Viper DDR5 6000) im Dualchannel-Modus betreiben kann (siehe Bilder). Das Mainboard ist ein MSI B650M-P. Der Lüfter unter dem Kühler ist seit mehr als vier Jahren im Dauer-Gaming- und Alltagseinsatz und zeigt keine Anzeichen von Lagerverschleiß.Noctua, Ihr seid einfach Klasse!

Hallo Amazon User.Ich schraube nun seit gut 20 Jahren an meinen PCs und war selten so beeindruck wie von Noctua.Auch ich zähle zu den Menschen die aufgrund des Designs bisher einen Bogen um Noctia gemacht haben,daher möchte ich es mir nicht nehemn lassen 5 Sterne zu vergeben.Die Verarbeitung ist überragend, auch zu meiner sonstigen ersten Wahl in Form von Be Quiet noch mal eine Riesen Steigerung.Vor diesem Kühler hatte ich den BeQuiet TF2 montiert, der viel größer ist und einen 140mm Lüfter hat.Unter dem Strich bringt der Noctua ein gewinn von gut 3-4 Grad im Vergleich (Intel i7 4790k), was ich einfach nur HAMMER finde.Die Montage ist ein Traum (im Vergleich zu Be Quiet) und das beigelegte Zubehör super.Sogar die Verpackung ist zu schade wegzuschmeissen.Kurzfazit: TOP Verarbeitet, 1A Montage, klein und extrem leise.Danke Noctua
