Der NF-A9x14 PWM ist ein hochoptimierter, leiser 92x14mm Lüfter in Premium-Qualität, der auf zukunftsweisende aerodynamischen Konstruktionsmaßnahmen wie Flow Acceleration Channels sowie Noctuas AAO-Rahmensystem zurückgreift. AAO Rahmensystem
Noctuas AAO (Advanced Acoustic Optimisation) Rahmen verfügen über integrierte Vibrationspuffer sowie einen abgestuften Einlassbereich (Stepped Inlet Design) und eine Mikrostruktur im Innenbereich (Inner Surface Microstructures), die eine noch bessere Performance/Noise Effizienz ermöglichen.
Flow Acceleration Channels
Der Impeller des NF-A9x14 ist saugseitig mit sogenannten Flow Acceleration Channels ausgestattet. Durch die Beschleunigung des Luftstroms in den kritischen äußeren Regionen der Lüfterblätter werden saugseitige Wirbelablösungen verringert, was zu einer höheren Effizienz und einer niedrigeren turbulenzbedingten Lärmemission führt
SSO2 Lagersystem
Der NF-A9x14 ist mit der weiter optimierten zweiten Generation von Noctuas bewährtem SSO-Lagersystem ausgestattet. Bei SSO2 sitzt der rückseitige Magnet näher an der Lüfterachse und bewirkt so eine noch bessere Stabilisierung, was zu einer weiter verbesserten Präzision und Haltbarkeit führt.
Integrated Anti-Vibration Pads
Die aus extra-weichem Silikon gefertigten Anti-Vibrations Pads verringern die Übertragung minimalster Vibrationen und sind zugleich mit allen Standard-Schrauben sowie handelsüblichen Montagesystemen oder bei CPU-Kühlern verwendeten Lüfterklammern kompatibel.

I selected the Noctua NF-A9x14 PWM 4-Pin Slim Premium Cooling Fans specifically for their size (92mm x 14mm), which was required for my custom NAS build. As always, Noctua delivers with quality and efficiency, making these fans a great choice for cooling the 6x20TB 3.5" hard drives in my system.Performance:Cooling Efficiency: These fans are more than adequate in maintaining safe temperatures for all 6 drives. They do an excellent job of ensuring that the drives stay cool, even with continuous operation in my NAS build.Noise Level: As expected from Noctua, these fans are incredibly quiet. They provide effective cooling without generating much noise, allowing my NAS to run quietly in the background.Installation:Ease of Installation: The installation was very straightforward, thanks to the included screws (also, anti-vibration mounts, extension cable, Y-cable, and low-noise adapter included) and detailed instruction. I initially ordered a splitter separately but returned it since realized that the fans already come with a splitter cable in the box. This small touch made the setup much more organized.Build Quality:Durability: As expected, the fans feel very durable and well-built. They’re made with high-quality materials and come with all the necessary accessories to ensure stable and long-lasting performance.Included Accessories: The anti-vibration mounts and extra cables are especially appreciated, as they help minimize noise and make the installation even easier.Value for Money:Given the build quality, quiet performance, and effective cooling, these fans are well worth the cost. Der Noctua Lüfter überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Mit seinem schlanken Design von 92x14mm passt er perfekt in enge Gehäuse und bietet dennoch eine bemerkenswerte Kühlleistung. Dank des PWM-Anschlusses kann die Lüftergeschwindigkeit präzise gesteuert werden, was zu einer effizienten Kühlung bei minimalem Geräuschpegel führt. Die markante braune Farbe mag Geschmackssache sein, aber die Qualität des Lüfters spricht für sich. Egal ob für CPU-Kühler, HTPCs oder NAS-Systeme, dieser Premium-Lüfter von Noctua ist eine erstklassige Wahl für alle, die Wert auf leistungsstarke und leise PC-Komponenten legen.

Ich habe zwei dieser Lüfter in meine Gehäuse für einen Small Form Factor Build eingebaut. Ziel war es einen einigermaßen leisen PC zu bauen. Ein Split-Kabel, um die zwei Lüfter gemeinsam an das Motherboard anzuschlißen ist dabei (praktisch). Die Lüftersteuerung über das Motherboard funktionert tadellos. Für leichte Arbeiten (Web Browsing, Office Software) laufen die Lüfter auf Minium - höre ich nur, wenn ich bewußt das Ohr direkt an das Gehäuse halte. Nur bei Vollast sind sind sie überhaupt mit voller Geschwindigkeit im Einsatz. Auch dann sind sie nicht unangenehm laut. Ich höre ein leichtes gleichmäßiges Rauschen, das durch die Laufruhe überhaupt nicht nervt.

Auch wenn der Preis für selbst die kleinsten Noctua - Lüfter wirklich saftig sind, sie sind jeden Cent wert. Ich nutze die Noctua - Lüfter als Austausch für die Originallüfter in meinen 3D - Druckern (sprich als Netzteil-, Treiber- und Extruderlüfter) und der Unterschied ist deutlich hörbar. Selbst bei höheren Drehzahlen sind die Lüfter wirklich absolut leise, kein Rattern etc. Die Luftmenge bewerte ich für meine Anwendungen ebenfalls als ausreichend, da mir ansonsten schon der ein oder andere 3D-Drucker möglicherweise abgeraucht wäre.Einziges Manko in meinen Augen ist die Verpackung, weil wirklich viel Zeug/Zubehör mitgeschickt wird, welches man meines Erachtens nicht alles gebraucht wird. Wenn man da eventuell das ein oder andere Teil weglassen würde, könnte man auch die Verpackung kleiner dimensionieren und insgesamt Müll verringern. Daher nur 4 Sterne.

I Installed this fan on the front of my Nitro-50 and it fits great! There is zero noise coming from this fan, it is super quiet. The fan was extremely easy to install and plug in but the screws that came with it were not the correct size. I ended up using four (M3) threaded pan head screws/bolts and they worked just fine, I would recomened ordering a bolt kit that comes with a variety of lengths. The side case panel has two screws and the front just pops out when pushing the clips. For the wires I used the Y-splitter and the extension cable that comes in the kit but I did not end up using the Low-Noise-Adapter. The LNA in my opinion is NOT necessary to use unless you are a computer nerd. My mother board has two PWM fan headers and I plugged this fan into my SYSTEM header not the CPU header that way my exhaust fan and the front fan sort of work together. The splitter comes with a 4pin and a 3pin on the Y secetion, I plugged this fan into the 3pin and my stock exhaust into 4pin. Not sure what makes a diffrence but with the exhaust fan being plugged into the 4pin it sends signal to the other fan and they run at same rpm when adjusted in NitroSense (Do not quote me on this tho). I ended up using the extension cable because the fan cord is a little short. After installing the fan to the front I noticed that this fan keeps everything cooler at the bottom of the PC mainly the GPU and a bit of the CPU (I have not fully tested the limits with the new fan prior to writing this).

Ok der Preis ist gehobene Klasse, was man dafür bekommt ist es aber auch wert.Der Lüfter kommt in einer noblen Verpackung. Alles ist in kleinen Fächern sortiert und vorne sowie hinten kann man das ganze wie ein Buch aufklappen. Macht einen sehr Wertingen Eindruck.Kabel Adapter sind auch allerhand dabei, da wird sich für jeden was finden.Hab das Teil in meinen 3D Drucker eingebaut und er funktioniert super und das ohne annähernd irgend ein Geräusch.

I use this fan as a cooling fan for my 3D printer. Wayyyy quieter than the stock 40mm fan and pushes more air. Can never go wrong with Noctua fans.

I use 2 Noctua fans in my Media PC. It's a mini ITX case, with an ATX Power Supply Unit. That leaves very little room inside for clunky coolers!The Noctua low-profile CPU cooler, uses this exact model 90mm fan. I built this PC almost 7 years ago, and have never replaced the Notua fan on the CPU cooler! I do clean my system every 6 months or so, and remove dust, but have never oiled the fan since it's install. To my amazement, it has not failed! I've turned and spun the fan by hand a few times, and it still freely flows.I also have a BeQuiet PSU, which has it's original fan. I noticed that when the room is cold, there is a very slight vibration noise from one of the fans (probably the PSU fan) which goes away after a minute or so of running. After almost 7 years, I am amazed that this slight noise is only just starting to creep in.So, I installed a Noctua 140mm fan in the PSU (since it's out of warranty now anyway) and replaced the CPU cooler fan with this Noctua 90mm fan (a like for like replacement). In my previous setup, I was not using the low-noise connector that you get in the Noctua box. However, this time I installed the low-noise connector on both the CPU fan and the PSU fan, and connected both fans directly to the Motherboard for optimum fan performance and monitoring.Without the low-noise connectors, the system was extremely quiet and never intruded on my movies or TV shows. And now with the low-noise connectors installed, the system is so quiet you cannot hear it at all! I also have a passively cooled nVidia GT1030 graphics card in the case, creating additional heat and have not noticed any problems or noise increase.Quiet - With the low-noise connector, I have to shine a flashlight into the case to see if the fans are spinning! >.Effective - My tiny mini-ITX case remains cool and operational even after hours of use.Reliable - After almost 7 years of daily use, it's still going strong! Why did I replace it then? Simply for peace of mind.I highly recommend Noctua fans. They're definately worth the money.Additionally in the case, you get a low-noise adapter, Y-splitter cable and extention cable. There are also some low noise rubber mounts.
