I love niteangel products, a little surprised at the quality of this one (niteangel take note) unfortunately I had to give this item 4 stars, because the middle hole was a bit rough and sharp around the edges. I had to smooth it down, otherwise not safe for hamsters or other small animals. I do love the product and managed to have it smoothed down (now safe) otherwise I would have returned it.A good size for my syrian, easy to clean and looks good in his large habitat. Value for money.

my syrian hamster loves this tunnel, it’s the perfect size for him. seems pricey at first but would say it’s worth it - great quality and easy to clean

Bought it for my mice. It was lighter than I thought but it looks really nice. My mice like to go in and out.

I love this hideout. It looks natural. My Syrian hamster cannot chew it or destroy it. He loves it!!! It is a great shelter for him and I like that it has both an entrance and an opening on top for air circulation and hamster fun. It is big enough for him to pull in materials for nest making. He spends most of the day in there. I do not know what he does overnight. He never tells me!
