I tried these and I don't think they're for me. I read amazing things about them and I was excited to try them out after dealing with lots of nipple pain during the first few weeks of breastfeeding. This set is great, it comes with a very nice case and the silicone edges for comfortable wear. However, they burned a bit whenever I used them... I read that this is normal, but I also didn't get any real benefits from them. I don't think they healed my nipples, so I decided to just use coconut oil in between feeds instead of silverettes. I think this was more of a personal choice/preference, and it had nothing to do with this product. This is a great set if you plan on using silverettes to help with breastfeeding nipple pain.

Works so well with my sore skin. Soothes them and has really helped with the cracking. I also use these to help with my inverted nips and it does wonders. True stainless steel and just as advertised. I will be buying another back up set.

Silver nursing cups are the best for sore, cracked, sensitive nipples. They are very lightweight and cannot be seen under clothes. They come in a nice little case with a cleaning cloth. They are comfortable to wear, especially if they are cool. I can't speak to the benefits that are supposed to be provided, but I do recommend these as a veteran breastfeeding mom. Some of those early days, you don't want anything rubbing against you and these are great for that+

Idk.. but these are great. I mean, the coldness from these provides relief. Im not sure if it said this or not but what I've been doing is putting these in the fridge for about 10-20 mins and sometimes over night when I forgot and use these when needed and they are like extra cold and provide even more relief! I love how I can wear this with my bra still and they aren't really noticeable either! I need to buy another pair so when one is in use the other one can be in the fridge getting colder lol

These are comfortable to wear. They actually feel quite nice, especially when they're cold. They can't be seen under. your clothes, so wearing them out isn't an issue. I had no trouble getting them to stay in place. They protect against rubbing and chafing, which is a blessing for soreness or chapping. Have I reaped the "healing benefits" of the silver? It's hard to say. Is it the silver itself? Or the protection they provide from the irritation of clothing? Or just simply the benefit of time healing all wounds? It's not possible to tell. I would recommend these, with the caveat that one shouldn't expect magical nipple healing properties, as there's no REAL science to back that claim up. Silver has antimicrobial properties, but I can't say these nipple shields wouldn't have worked just as well if theyd been made of plastic.
