I purchased this for a horseback trip in the Escalante area of Utah. I wanted the protection of a tent, but wanted to be off the ground. This set up exceeded my expectations. It was easy and quick to set up (faster than a conventional tent). The cot is a bit bigger than a conventional army cot and ceiling high enough that there was ample room for my 6'4" frame. A full-sized LL Bean air mattress worked great. The incidental pocket and hanger for lantern were nice touches. Of note, the whole setup was rock solid in a 30 mph wind. This setup would also work well for motorcycle camping. All-and-all, very satisfied with the system and price.

It is a great tent. Few improvements needed - The rainfly to be longer to allow more under cover space for gear outside but around the cot. And the inner tent, to have zipper on both side. To be able to access both sides of the area covered by the rainfly. When Moto camping - there is a lot of bags, gear to take and it would be great to fit it under to protect from weather.

The rain fly corner bukles willnot clip into the tent body so cannot tighten the fly and wind will take the fly right off the tentJust recived the new tent body and fly eith new poles and pegs . Very good custmer service. You look after your customers. Will test out the new tent and fly. I hope everything is good with this one. Thank you very much. Looking forward to doing a lot alot of camping with this .Just one coment ,can't you guys just make the Tent bag 2 inches wider. Such a struggle to get everything back in the bag . I'm just waiting for the zipper to blow out such a Tight fit. Really ! Just a couple if inches wider Please 🙏🙏

Haven't used in the elements yet, but did set up upon arrival. Everything seems to be in order, and easy to set up. It took a minute the first time because I was doing it for the first time, but I imagine after setting up and taking down a couple times I can do both in under 10 minutes. It only took 15 minutes to set up the first time after watching a video and knowing what everything does, and about 10 minutes to take down and get everything back in bag. The metal clips in the middle did break immediately but I don't know if that's a normal thing or if this was a one time deal stitching problem. Either way it had backup fabric clips right behind the metal clips that work just as well. The water tarp seems to be ok, we should get some rain over the weekend so I'll see for myself exactly how waterproof it is. Obviously it's not the biggest and most luxurious thing that you could get but it's comfortable for a cot. And the price is not bad for what you are getting. It's not heavy. You can move it by yourself when it's fully up. It breaks down into two small bags that will fit on my motorcycle perfectly.
