The quality of this USB-C to HDMI adapter from Newmight is excellent, made from strong, high-quality material that feels durable and well-constructed. It’s clearly built to last and not one of those flimsy adapters you worry about failing after a few uses.What really impressed me is how compact and lightweight it is, perfect for anyone who travels with a laptop. It takes up virtually no space in my tech pouch, making it an ideal travel companion.I tested it with my Mac laptop and dual monitor setup at home, and it worked perfectly straight out of the box, no drivers, no setup hassle, just plug and play. I was worried about how well this would work. This gives me three monitors, plus the internal monitor should I open the laptop. I was not sure if there would be lag or not. It works just as well as having just the two monitors I previously had attached to the laptop.It is easy enough to install, just plug everything in. No drivers to install and Windows just gives me the list of monitors. I arranged them and set the specs for all three monitors.The vertical monitor on the left is directly connected to the HDMI port in the laptop. The two horizontal monitors are connected to this dual HDMI adapter. It all works, but there are some interesting peculiarities.Audio: The first thing I noticed is that I only get two audio source from the three monitors. It turns out that Windows no longer recognizes the audio output to the built-in HDMI output. I get audio from both of the monitors on the adapter, and on the laptop itself, but not on the built-in HDMI monitor (vertical). I had to rearrange the wiring until I got the audio in the two horizontal monitors, which are both on the adapter.I originally set the monitors to maximum resolution and 60 Hz. When I looked back, one monitor was reduced to a much lower resolution and refresh rate. So, I can get peak resolution and refresh rate in one monitor while using both monitors, but the other one is radically reduced in size and refresh rate.I am successfully running all three monitors at their recommended resolutions of 3840x2160@29.97Hz (Windows has always dropped 30Hz to this.)It's a little warm to the touch, but not scary warm. I scratched the case to see that it is aluminum, so it is its own heat sink.At this time, it is priced at $20, which I think is very reasonable.I don't know how long this will last, since I just started using it, but I have been using a similar product with only one monitor and a bunch of USB and other ports for about a year with no issues. So, I expect this to last a long while.

Angesteckt, kurz gewartet, und schon erscheinen zwei 4K-Displays an meinem Windows-Laptop: Der Adapter liefert ein Einzelbild in 4K 60 Hz oder Dual-4K 30 Hz dank MST-Chip vorausgesetzt, der Rechner unterstützt Display Port 1.4 Alt-Mode kühl (s 0,6 W Eigenverbrauch) Comunità di supporto Apple. Praktisch: Über die USB-C-PD-Buchse gehen bis zu 100 W Ladeleistung durch, sodass das Netzteil direkt am Adapter hängt und der Laptop trotzdem Saft bekommt RS Components wissen, dass MST nicht unterstützt wird der Zweite Monitor spiegelt nur das erste Bild Plugable Technologies. Für iPad-Pro und WindoWws-Tablets mit USB-C klappt hingegen sofort der Extended-Deskto p. Die beiden HDM-Buchsen sind weit genug auseinander, Standard-Kabel rasten ohne Drängen ein. Einziger Minuspunkt: Kein Treiber heißt auch keine Feinjustage (Farbraum, HDR). Wer aber eine unkomplizierte Plug-and-Play-Lösung für zwei Bildschirme sucht, liegt hier goldrichtig.

Sehr handlich und einfach "Plug & Play".Ich nutze es, um ein altes Handy mit einem Bildschirm, oder zum Filmeschauen mit einem Beamer zu verbinden.Angesteckt und sofort wird ohne weiteres Zutun der Bildschirm gespiegelt.Maus und Tastatur habe ich optional per Bluetooth verbunden. Damit kann man gut am großen Bildschirm arbeiten oder auch spielen.Mein Handy hat außerdem noch einen Desktop-Modus, der geht entweder drahtlos, oder mit diesem Adapter flotter, stabiler und schneller auch per Kabel.Top!
