Tolle Lampe. Sehr handlich nur etwas schwer. Metallgehäuse. Besonderheit..Rotlicht ist sehr angenehm besonders bei Nacht. Kann auch als Warnleucht benutzt werden. Rote Blinkfunktion bei eventueller Autopanne hinters Warndreieck stellen im richtigen Winkel sehr effektiv. Wer es robust und hell möchte, dann diese. Wird betrieben mit zwei AA Batterien oder Akkus.

Love this light. Well build, bright light and many options. I use it around the house and for auto repairs. It also has a strong magnet, which I find very useful.

Vorab das Gute: Die Leuchtkraft ist ausreichend stark und blendet nicht; das Gehäuse macht einen robusten Eindruck und verfügt über einen starken Fußmagneten;auch die magnetische Ladestation funktiniert grundsätzlich.Verbesserungsfähig: Es wäre schön, wenn man die Ladeschale an der Wand anbringen könnte; insgesamt ist die Ladeschale aus recht dünnem Plastik...wäre sie aus Metall und an der Wand zu befestigen, gäbe es 4,5/5 Sternen. Den letzten halben Stern gäbe es, wenn man USB-C anstatt Micro-USB genutzt hätte – Micro USB ist veraltet und weniger Robust...Summa summarum aber eine gute Lampe für den Preis

Idéale sur une carrosserie pour le flash rouge, ou tout endroit avec du fer à nu (dans mon cas, besoin d'éclairer de très près pour recâbler une armoire informatique).Personnellement, je la porte en bandoulière sur la poitrine. J'ai les mains libres et je vois parfaitement dans l'obscurité.Par contre, prévoyez des piles, car bien qu'elle dure 10 heures à pleine puissance, celle-ci décline avec le temps.Vous pouvez toujours sélectionner la deuxième luminosité, de moindre intensité, voire enlever la base cylindrique en la dévissant.Bien sûr, l'éclairage baissera d'autant en passant de trois à deux piles, mais cela reste acceptable, surtout dans des lieux exigus où l'on craint d'être ébloui... comme une tente, par exemple.Seul bémol, la peinture part facilement en cas de choc, mais elle est faite pour servir. Et l'important est qu'elle marche !Le clip, enfin, est très fin et à tendance à se tordre facilement s'il est trop sollicité. Mais on peut le plaquer de nouveau sur le corps de la lampe en appuyant avec le pouce.Dans l'ensemble, c'est un très bon produit que je garde constamment sous la main. Elle peut me servir lors de déplacement, en voiture, dans le travail, ou à la maison. Raisons pour lesquelles je ne m'en sépare plus...

This is my second Nebo torch. I had an original Big Larry, but it went walk about at work, so I thought I'd try the Big Larry 2.It comes blister packed (Photo 2), so would make a nice present.Made from Aluminium, it feels very well built and solid in the hand.The battery cover has a nice rubber o ring, so I have no reason to doubt its water resistance claims.Size wise, it's a little bigger than the original Big Larry, at 198mm long.It takes 3 AA batteries (supplied) and when they are inserted, it has a total weight of 200 grams.Like the original, it has a good strong magnet in the base, but also now has a pocket clip at the top. This clip also has a hanging hole.Because of the weight, it's fine for clipping onto trousers or an internal pocket in a jacket, but is probably too heavy for a front shirt pocket.The main difference between this Big Larry 2, and the original, is the inclusion of a focused torch on the top.It's a good bright beam.At a distance of 2m it has a main beam area diameter of 40cm, which, if my calculations are correct gives a beam angle of 11 degrees.So it's quite tight, but very usable, with a working distance of 20m plus.The COB flood is very bright and lights up everything within the area.It's makes for a really good work light, with good even coverage.The other COB modes of constant red and red flash, are good and bright and work well if you need them.You can also set the level of brightness to conserve battery power if you wish.Once you are in your chosen mode, if you then keep your finger on the 'on' button, it will fade down to its lowest level. It will then flash, and then fade back up to its highest level. Obviously you release your finger at the required level.It always turns on at full brightness.I have included 2 night photos of both the torch and the COB in use in a room 8m long. Photo 1 is the COB light, Photo 3 the top torch light.The modes are all accessed from one button on the front. Cycling through, torch, COB, red constant and red flash and lastly, off.An improvement over the original Big Larry is that you no longer have to cycle through all options to turn the light off.So long as it has been on for at least 3 seconds, a quick press of the button will switch the light off.The light always comes on in the top torch mode. It does not remember the last mode you were in.One thing to note, when you receive the torch it will be in demo mode, which means it will switch itself off after 10 seconds.To cancel this, remove the batteries, press the on button, then reinsert the batteries.Overall, this is another great torch from Nebo. The addition of the top pencil torch is very welcome and build wise its still as sturdy as ever.Recommended.I hope you found this review helpful.

Als Backup bzw zum stationären Ausleuchten kleiner Bereiche super, zum Schreiben viel zu hell (selbst auf niedrigster Stufe. Als Lampe in der Bewegung nicht zu gebrauchen, was aber auch nicht die Zielrichtung sein dürfte :) Super Qualität, super Produkt! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt einfach!

Habe als KFZ-Mechatroniker schon unzählige LED Lampen auf dem gewissen und somit schon einiges probiert -von 5€ Baumarkt/Discounter Leuchten über 10€ billige China Lampen bis hin zu 25€ höherwertigen China Lampen(Solaforce, Thrunite).ALLE haben spätestens nach einigen Stürzen angefangen zu spinnen (flackern, Wackler...) oder gingen gar nicht mehr.Deswegen bin ich immer auf der Suche nach preiswerten, aber dennoch guten Lampen.Auf Nebo bin ich über den youtube Kanal ''CarThrottle'' gekommen, kannte die Firma bisher noch nicht.Also 'Lil Larry' bestellt und mich erstmal für 12€ über das gute Gewicht und das schöne Alugehäuse gefreut.Beim Anschalten war ich dann positiv überrascht. SEHR hell für eine 3AAA Lampe! Die Lichtverteilung ist sehr schön weich durch den COB-LED Streifen. Zum Arbeiten reicht auch der niedrige Modus, der rote Blink-Modus dürfte bei einer Autopanne auf der Landstrasse auf mehrere Hundert Meter Entfernung für Aufmerksamkeit sorgen.Die Größe der Lampe ist genau richtig für meine Hand und der Magnet hält wirklich bombenfest.Für das Geld also ein sehr guter Gegenwert, werde mir noch eine für ins Auto bestellen. Vielleicht auch noch 'Big Larry', mal schauen..Bin gespannt, wie sie sich nach dem ersten Bad in Kühlwasser o.ä. schlägt - Update folgt ;-)(Abstand auf dem Foto Lampe-Tür ca. 1,5m, hohe Leuchtstufe)Einziger Wehrmutstropen - habe statt einer roten, eine schwarze Lampe erhalten.
