I’m very particular about pillows—if I change pillows, I usually can’t sleep well. I even take my own pillow when I travel. But my old one had been used for too long, so I finally decided to get a new one. To my surprise, on the very first night using this cervical pillow, I slept soundly without waking up once. It’s incredibly soft with great bounce-back, providing excellent support for both my head and neck. It feels like a cozy little nest, giving me a strong sense of security and allowing my neck to completely relax. I absolutely love it! From now on, this pillow will be my nightly companion.

This memory foam pillow is excellent. I've used different brands of pillows to relieve my neck and shoulder pain, or at least feel comfortable when I slept. I finally found the cervical pillow. I've been using it for two nights and I've found comfort and finally relief from my pain. It also has a massager-type part that makes your muscles relax.The pillow comes well packaged and comes with clear instructions for use. Remember that for it to return to its original shape, you have to leave it in an open space for 48 to 72 hours. Personally, I left it for 48 hours and it returned to its original shape. It also comes with instructions for washing the pillowcase, which I haven't done, but they are clear and precise.

I don’t have a set sleeping position. I lay on my back, stomach and most often my side. I needed a pillow that would work for me no matter what position. I like that this lifts my neck so there’s no pressure on my shoulders, but allows my head to drop back into a natural position. So often I’ve had pillows that lift my neck, but my head is so high that it bends me neck forward. This allows for a straight alignment of my head, neck and shoulders. It also has an indent in the center of the pillow. I discovered that this is excellent for side sleeping so that I don’t have pressure on my ear. The pillow never looses it shape or needs fluffed. It’s firm, but nestles and contours around my head. It’s not a brick. The odd shape would make finding a pillow case difficult, but it does come with its own removable and machine washable case that zips on.
