Ihr Warenkorb ist leerDer HumiReader ist ein digitaler Hygrometer, der Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit misst und auf einem Display anzeigt. Genau, zuverlässig und einfach. Es ist ungemein wichtig, die vom Hersteller diesbezüglich gemachten Vorgaben zu berücksichtigen, um nicht die Garantie zu gefährden.Durch Austrocknung kann Holz schrumpfen, sich verziehen oder gar reissen. Der HumiReader kann zwischen den Saiten in das Schallloch einer akustischen Gitarre gehängt werden, oder mittels der mitgelieferten Halterung im Inneren eines Koffers angebracht werden. Man kann mit ihm aber auch einfach die Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit in einem Raum überwachen. Empfohlen für akustische Gitarren, E-Gitarren, Mandolinen, Ukuleles und klassische Streichinstrumnete.

The unit arrived quickly, and was as described. It can either hang in the strings in the sound hole, or be attached elsewhere in the case by velcro. It displays the present humidity and temp, and will also display recent highs and lows for both. Can be easily reset to record H/L for a new period. The only thing is that with it hanging in my sound hole, it's hard to use my regular humidifier which also fits in that spot. One caveat: In the pics, it looks like this is also a humidifier, but it isn't. It's just a hygrometer. You will still need your regular humidifier.

I use this to monitor the % humidity on my acoustic guitar during winter. Works great.

Good product. Does the job well. Not giving 5 stars as the sticky material on back of the device does not stick inside my guitar case (velvet lining)

Sarò sincero: devo ammettere che, data la forma, ero sicuro che si trattasse del solito umidificatore che inserito tra le corde al di sopra della buca, garantisse la giusta umidificazione grazie alla solita spugnetta e consentisse ANCHE di leggere la percentuale di umidità presente nella chitarra e/o nella custodia. Ma non è così... si tratta solo di un igrometro, preciso (si, è preciso) ma lento nel rilevare la percentuale. A questo punto, se fossi andato più a fondo nella ricerca e se la NOMAD non lo avesse costruito ad immagine e somiglianza di un classico umidificatore come lo stesso Nomad o il D'Addario oppure come i cinesi da 4 euro, non lo avrei comprato di certo. Su Amazon si trovano igrometri molto precisi e rapidi che indicano anche la temperatura e sono abbastanza piccoli da poter essere sistemati tranquillamente nella custodia della nostra chitarra. In poche parole; fa la sua funzione ma allo stesso prezzo se ne comprano 3 normali che possono anche essere utilizzati per tante altre situazioni. Colpa mia, non sono stato attento, ma la forma del giocattolo tradirebbe chiunque.

I had some concern about the humidity in the room where my acoustic guitar was stored. Having fitted the Humireaderand monitored it,I am releived that the humidity was above 55%. No worries about nasty cracks appearing etc.
