My needs for these gloves were quite basic really. I have a free standing punch bag and I generally have 20-30 minute session on it each day and swap between boxing and karate. As I'm using a free standing bag it's mainly for technique (and just exercise really!) over going hard - although I do sometimes go for it a bit. These gloves should be a perfect match for this use.In terms of fit these are okay for me. My hands are about 21cms from the tip of my middle finger to the base of the palm and these fit absolutely fine. Tightening the wrist velcro is a bit of a pain but I finally got it down to a point these were usable.The materials feel great and very similar to pair of more expensive gloves I had previously used. The external padding was very comparable too. The problem for me was the feel inside the glove - there's very little internal padding and your knuckles are constantly making contact with some hard, flat surface.I would only recommend using these gloves if you use hand wraps. Yes - you're supposed to use wraps but I generally don't bother on my quick lunchbreak sessions - so these are a little bit of a pain for me really. Good materials - just needed a bit more thought put into it.

Decent quality boxing gloves. Decent padding and look to be well made. Material is good quality. Probably a bit on the big side for my young teenager so probably more suitable to an older teen.
