Parents bought it to make soy milk for themselves. Worked great until the beginning of this year, roughly 6 months after purchase. Appliance turns on and timer starts for the blending but nothing happens. Shipped from UK too so have no idea how to return it or get it replaced

Retour à l'envoyeur immédiatement.La prise est aux normes américaines. J'arrive à trouver un adaptateur. J'essaie un lait de riz sans dépasser la dose d'eau. Le couvercle saute et me projette dans la cuisine un liquide bouillant.Je nettoie tout et je recommence avec un lait d'amande et idem mais en plus il me fait sauter les plombs...En plus aucune notice en français. Adios.Ce produit ne respecte aucune normes. Il est dangereux

only one function, that is hot nuts milk, the others don't work .another problem is that even you add water below the water level, the lid would be pushed up by the vapor and makes a disaster
