Aluminum block for keeping PCR type 96-well plates cool while working. It is conductive so you need to keep it on ice if working more than a minute or two. Inner wells are straight, not tapered like a typical PCR tube so it will not transfer heat away as efficiently as more expensive versions that conform to individual wells.... but it is

Der Kühlblock aus Aluminium hat Platz für 96 PCR-Röhrchen oder 12 PCR-Strips.Die Verarbeitung ist gut. Die weiße Beschriftung auf blauen Grund ist sehr gut zu sehen. Leider blättert schon an einigen Stellen die Farbe ein bisschen ab. Die Seitenkanten sind abgerundet.Der Block wird im Gefrierfach schnell gekühlt und hält die Reaktionsansätze lange kalt. Hier wären jedoch noch Plätze für größere 1,5 ml Eppis wünschenswert, um Enzyme etc. zu kühlen.Die Röhrchen lassen sich leicht aus dem Kühlblock herausheben. Das hat jedoch auch zur Folge, dass die obere Hälfte nicht direkt gekühlt wird. Bei Volumina von 50 μl ist das aber kein Problem.

I've always been shocked by how much research product companies who will remain nameless expect you to pay for a machined piece of aluminum. This unit fits 15 ml conical "Falcon" tubes just as it should, and after 10 minutes in the -80C it will keep your samples cold for quite some time. I think you could probably even put this in heat block if you wanted the opposite effect, I just need chilling more than heating in our lab workflows.I like the price, the performance, the color, and the form factor (not too huge of a footprint on the bench).I don't like the sharp scuff that it came with (see pictures), obviously from the factory since it was like that inside the careful bubblewrap plastic. But really, if that scuff is the only concession for costing a quarter what the big brands cost, then I'll take it every time! This is a great value on a solid piece of equipment for the bench that will get lost or stolen by another lab before it ever diminishes in performance. Highly recommended.

Bon, je n'avais pas bien lu le descriptif, je me suis trompé dans les dimensions, mais c'est de ma faute.Le bloc en lui-même est génial.Le matériau est d'une qualité irréprochable.Il est bien lourd pour assurer une stabilité optimale.Tous les détails sont soignés et le bloc maintient bien au frais.Top !

Cette plaque permet de bien garder au froids les echantillons, car elle est bien dense. Cela ce traduit par un poids important, pour a taille. C'est une bonne chose cela permet aussi qu'elle soit bien stable.

Der Kühlblock wird sogfältig verpackt in einem Karton geliefert, der sich in einem transparenten Zip-Lock-Beutel befindet..Der Block ist recht schwer - etwa 570 g - demnach besteht er nur teilweise aus Aluminium. Ich vermute, daß ein Kern aus Kupfer integriert ist - als Wärmeleiter bzw -speicher (der Block ist unmagnetisch)..Die Oberfläche ist sorgfältig blaumetallic beschichtet und zumindest für die größeren Mikroreaktionsgefäße mit Koordinatenbezeichnungen in weiß bedruckt. Die Bohrungen für beide Gefäßtypen passen gut, was auch nicht anders zu erwarten war. Die Unterseite des Kühlblocks ist glatt - nur eine Bohrung, die einen Indexbolzen zur korrekten Ausrichtung aufnehmen kann ist eingebracht..Insgesamt gesehen ist das Produkt sehr sorgfältig verarbeitet , wie alle Produkte, die ich bisher von "MUHWA" getestet habe - ich bin damit sehr zufrieden..Verwendete Gefäße:.Zentrifugenröhrchen aus Kunststoff mit Schnappverschluss, 1,5 ml[https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B08Q7SQRBX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1].MUHWA 1000 Stück PCR-Tube mit flachem Verschluss, 0,2 ml[https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B09M6Y4QNL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1]

Habe mal wieder was kaputtes und verdrecktes aus China bekommen.Das Ding kostet 59,00 Euros (Stand: 18.08.2023) und verschicken es in solch einem Zustand.Kommt natürlich aus China.Finger WEG !!!

Chiunque debba fare, per lavoro o passione, delle real time, sa che dopo aver caricato la mix nella piastra è essenziale tenerla fredda in ghiaccio durante il caricamento del campione fino al caricamento nel termocilatore. Generalmente questo lo si fa posizionando la piastra in ghiaccio, tuttavia si bagna e non risulta ben ferma, utilizzando questo supporto le reazioni rimangono ben refrigerate e la piastra rimane salda, potenzialmente prevendo artefatti nelle reazioni causati da una precoce azione della real time. Questo supporto inoltre può essere utilizzato anche per le comuni PCR, che soffrono di più di questo problema.
