I make homemade bread and I could never get nice clean even slices. I bought a slicing guide and hated it. Someone suggested that their electric knife was their best tool so I came looking for one.This one is a plug in model but for the use I give it, it doesn't bother me that I have to plug it in. My bread now slices like warm butter and are quite consistently evenly sliced considering that part is done by eye. I think it is because the knife slices thru so fast, your hand doesn't have time to slip

I like this MOVNO ELECTRIC KNIFE because it fits my hand perfectly. Cut or carves perfect.Does not shred the meat as others do. Looks great. I ended up buying another one as a gift, I was so happy with it.

We have had an older electric knife for many years that was passed down to us. It works well but probably needs sharpening. The MOVNO Electric Knife was a welcome addition to our kitchen especially for the Thanksgiving turkey with many other uses such as bread or cheese that we would not usually use an electric knife for. I like the fact that it includes two 430 serrated stainless-steel blades which can easily be changed out, are dishwasher safe and easily cleaned. The long power 60” cord is a big plus and makes it easy to maneuver around whatever is being cut. The handle is easy to hold and allows for a secure grip. I do not care for the walnut color, and it would have been nice to have included a storage bag of some kind to keep the items in one place but do understand that this can be found separately. Apart from the color, recommended.
