Old unit in my feeder stopped working so replaced it with this one. Mounting it in the feeder was easy and it fit perfectly.

This is junk. The battery does last a long time , but that's because it never feeds. Set up (NOT intuitive at all) and test. 7 day cycle, works fine. Come back tomorrow and find it didn't trigger. I've spent big dollars with this company, well, big for me anyway. Never again with this outfit.

This is the newer universal moultrie timers. If you are like me and had the older moultry feeder, this timer will replace the original one. The only difference is They now include a two-wire tail that goes to the spinner motor. All you have to do is cut the old wires from the spinner motor end and add the included clip then it's just plug and play. In my opinion, it's a much better design than the original one.

I bought this to replace the one on my feeder that went out after only ONE season of use. It is pretty much identical to the one on the feeder but these are not the easiest to set. They keep wanting to bounce back to the original setting that it had straight out of the box. It will take some time to get it figured out but once you do it works.

We installed this timer on to a home made automatic horse feeder. It works really well. I have an old horse that can't eat hay. This timer literally saved him this winter. It has ensured he has been able to eat small amounts of grain every four hours.Easy to install, easy to use, keeps accurate time.
