Alright, so this jump rope is pretty solid. The handles feel great—they’ve got this silicone grip over metal that makes them comfortable and non-slip, even when you’re sweating. No cheap plastic here. The ball bearings make it super smooth and fast, and I haven’t had any issues with tangling, which is a huge plus. The adjustable length is easy to tweak, so whether you’re tall, short, or somewhere in between, you can make it work. And the steel cable with PVC coating feels really durable, so I don’t see this thing breaking anytime soon. It’s light but still has some weight to it, making it great for a solid workout. Whether you’re just starting or you’ve been jumping for a while, this does the job. Plus, it’s small enough to throw in a bag, so you can use it anywhere.Overall, if you need a no-fuss, durable jump rope that spins smoothly and won’t tangle, this one’s worth grabbing.

The ball bearings are smooth and the rope can swing as quickly as I can. I'm not in the best of shape so I haven't tried doubles or triple jumps with this but I'm sure the rope is capable of it. As with all speed rope, it'll sting a little when you miss. The only thing I had trouble with was the length adjustment, so I'll explain for future buyers. You can pull the rope back through the handles to make adjustments. You'll see a stopper there and you'll have to pull that apart. I struggled a little wondering if I should pull it apart because it was pretty well fixed! Once you pull it apart, you can move the stopper to another location and then you'll have to push it back together. The inside of the stopper is a mini clamp and the outside is what forces the clamp closed. In a new location, it's hard to get it to close all the way, but I pushed it as far as it goes and while not fully closed, it works fine. The downside is that if you are short like me (5'6") you will have rope sticking out of the handle, which you can cut if you are not sharing it with anyone taller than you. I choose to leave it hanging out in case my kids want to use it one day.

I ordered this jump rope for me and my husband to use. He has always been into fitness and he can wear out a jump rope in a heartbeat. For me this jump rope is fine. The handles are heavy, but the rope itself. It lightweight. My husband doesn’t like it at all. He says the handles are too slim and they’re hard to hold onto. He also hates the rope. He says that it’s better to have a coated cable because when you are using it outside or even inside in the gym, it smacks the floor so this one will wear out quickly. It is adjustable to the length that is right for your height. It comes with instructions on how to shorten it. A word of advice, leave as much extra as you can inside the handle. Don’t cut it off to what you think is exactly the right size for you because you can’t put it back on once it’s gone. This jump rope is fair for the price point. I will be looking for a better one though and this can be a backup.

Quite pleased with the appearance. It actually came with a box & instructions, which can't be said about a lot of Vine items, but even without the instructions, it was quite easy to adjust the length. And like most mundane everyday items it functioned without a hitch once that's done.Once assembled back, the adjustment stayed where it was set at. And by leaving a bit of cord inside the handles, it can be even adjusted longer later, if needed like for my son who is at least 3 inches taller than I am.

I picked this up for my sons to use thinking that the rope was adjustable. It's not, at least not so you can change the length when you want to. You need to measure for the size you want, adjust the rope, and then cut it. It's still a good value and probably a better long term rope solution than you'd find for kid's only ropes. The rope itself spins smoothly through the handles and it's a well made rope that won't fray or disintegrate easily. If you're looking for a jump rope just for yourself it's a no brainer. Works great, and is compact to put in its bag.
