bought this walking pad on October 22, 2024. It was not expensive so I figured if it lasted me a year I would be happy. Yesterday was the last day of its life, 02/17/2025. AFter almost 4 months, the belt (even though it had been oiled) would stick. The machine developed a clicking sound and yesterday it smelled like it was burning.RIP walking pad. I should have purchased the protection as there is nothing anyone will do to compensate. I just figured there was no doubt I would at least get a year out of it. I was wrong.

Fits perfectly in the living room to use while watching TV without being an eyesore. Remote is great and the accompanying app is a fun way to workout.

I purchased this item due to my inability to walk outside in the heat of Florida. It functions exceptionally well and is quite convenient.

I searched for a walking pad and finally settled on this one that was recommended to me by a work colleague who always showed up on zoom meetings walking on her walking pad! The walking pad is comfortable and fairly quiet and super easy to move and store under our day bed in the spare room. I had mine for just under 6 months and it stopped working suddenly. I was so bummed, but I contacted the customer service number and got an immediate response. They asked me to send them photo of the error message that was on the screen of the treadmill and a short video showing me turning on the treadmill and having the error message appear. Once I sent that, they shipped me a new treadmill to replace my original one and they said that they would send me a shipping label so that I could send the original machine back. I just got an email from them asking if I received the new treadmill and if everything was working. I have been so busy that I have not had a chance to open the treadmill (or use it). I just replied to their email and told them that I would unbox it and asked if they were planning on sending me the return label. I got an immediate response saying that I didnt need to return the old machine afterall, they just wanted to make sure I was all set with the new machine. Very happy with this company and would buy from them again!

I'm giving this under-desk treadmill 5 stars because it's exactly what I was looking for! It's a great way to get some steps in while I work from home. The speed range is perfect for walking, and it's quiet enough that I can take calls without any problems.Unfortunately, my first treadmill arrived with a minor defect. However, the customer service team was fantastic. They were friendly, helpful, and quick to fix the issue. I was very impressed with how quickly they responded and resolved the problem.Overall, I'm really happy with this purchase. The treadmill itself is a great product, and the customer service is even better. Highly recommend!
