The banner received was exactly what was advertised. But be aware: the top, bottom, & both sides are NOT hemmed! They do have grommets in the corners, but from experience, in a gust of wind the grommet corners could rip off damaging the banner. This banner should be hemmed on all 4 sides. Other than that it is fine
