I bought this jig because I want to make some bespoke furniture, but before I embark on such a large project I decided to build myself a work bench and try out this pocket screw jig. Well it passed with flying colours. Its sturdy, the drill bit cuts through the wood efficiently and with minimum effort. The vice grip clamp is great for positioning the jig correctly and holds its position perfectly. All in all, I feel very confident that I can take on the task of making cabinets for my entertainment center using this jig.

Used this to build out my bathroom boxing and furniture and works really well! Some getting used and would suggest playing around with some scrap wood to get used to but once you get the gist of it it's brilliant; screws dot last long so get some more

Es ist alles im Set enthalten um einen Korpus zu verschrauben. Für den gelegentlichen Gebrauch gut geeignet. Der Bohrer macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Es sind Schrauben für verschieden dicke Bretter vorhandenDie Bedienung ist sehr einfachIch kann das Set jedem empfehlen der es gelegentlich nutzen möchte.

This jig is made of plastic. I had trouble securing it in place in a solid way and once overtightened, which caused plastic jig to shear. Now it is just garbage.I suggest anyone to buy these jigs made from aluminum.

Let's be upfront on what I do, I have been a hobbyist and DIY woodworker for many years. As such, I have to be careful in my tool purchases to get only products that do the task I am working on, and generally my tools have lasted and performed great for the purpose I bought them. I decided to finally try working with pocket holes on some of my projects and decided on this Milescraft kit. What first caught my attention was the fact that the screws were fitted with torx heads, my preferred type of screws. Secondly, reviews were good for the amount of use I envisioned for the kit, and the price seemed fair. My first project was to build myself a new workbench using pocket holes, and I was surprised at how quickly the assembly went together. Fit and finish was all good and I can see me using this kit for many years. If you are a weekend hobbyist and DIY woodworker, I would recommend this kit for an introduction to using pocket holes in your projects. Yes, there are more expensive products out there with a broad line up of kits, but this one is working well for me and clearly it is value priced.

The items in the box in general seems to be of good quality and works fine, but the long torx driver bit was defective in the torx end so the screws do not fit.
