I was actually really surprised how nice this scroll is in person! Seems very good quality with attention to detail. And comes in a cute little silk storage bag. This will look beautiful in the Japanese style bedroom I'm creating. Price was very good, too!

This came within 2 days at xmas time as wrapping presents I found who I forgot. This scroll, to me, is so beautiful, the whole of it. Pulling out that beautiful gold cover to looking at the scroll. I live the pen & ink painting w/those small but important things, the seal of owners & the Chinese inscription story. I'm thrilled with this company & will buy myself some more of these. The price point was perfect for me. I'd wanted something I could afford yet looked so much better than I could afford. The quality, to me, is beyond comparison. I'm so glad I took the chance.

The art itself is very nice. Every other detail looks cheap. Instead of using some kind of nice-looking cord to hang the scroll, they used a skinny, flimsy, cheap, ugly brown ribbon that had to be untangled and knotted at the top to hang it. The outline around the artwork is bright white instead of a neutral beige or green. Very disappointing.

This is absolutely beautiful, just what I needed for above a japanese style fountain. The material (although I did not put under microscope, lol) seems to be cloth, it's for my lanai, but I take the trouble of bringing it in for the winter... it's worth it!! Arrived in a beautiful sleeve that I know I can use for something else. VERY glad I chose this one, I highly recommend this hanging...
