This thing is sturdy and comfortable. Fits well in the hand and is very grippy. Good value for money. I use it for lat pull downs and seated rows. One downside I will admit is you can’t use your straps with it so you can burn out your forearms pretty quickly with it. Otherwise it’s a good addition to your gym bag for back days. Note: It’s pretty big so likely won’t fit in a backpack.

Be careful.. for some stupid reason (I was distracted) I thought I was ordering the full set. I only got the Largest bar. So I'm using it to see if I need more pieces in the set. I'm not certain that I do.Extremely well made. I used it in a full back workout just this morning. Really love it

I bought this for my home gym cable setup and it's been a great addition. The neutral grip is super comfortable and it makes the lat pulldown exercise feel so much more natural than the old school bar that positions your palms facing outward. I get a good mind-muscle connection in my back when using this bar. The quality is superb and it's easy to store in the corner when not in use.
