These balls are perfect for velocity training programs or just to warm up the only thing I don't like about these is the cheap build quality. Within the first 10 minutes of warming up with them the colour started to rub off and the stitches started to rip. I'd say try and find another set that has a better build quality, but if you don't care about the colour of your balls...just grab these!Other then the build quality they work great

This ball was recommended by my son's pitching coach to help him build arm strength and throw harder. The ball weights a few ounces more than a normal baseball, it is more noticeable if you have one in each hand (regular and this ball). Ball looks to be made fairly well, having no issues with it so far.
