The product works well but a bit expensive. It used to have an audio boast but it's seems that is lost. Possible to find same quality product at a lower price. Conclusion: good quality product but a bit expensive. Be careful not to have physical contact with the product when in USB port. You will destroy it.

It works, but what a pain to jump through hoops at the website to get the drivers. Then they try to sell you additional stuff which is more than the original product. No matter, they include a mini CD, presumably with the drivers. Does anyone have a CD player these days?

I got it on time. It worked instantly. You don't need to download any driver for it. It uses the volume of your computer. it does not have its own built-in volume or Bass. I wish it did. Other than that, no complaint.

So I was referred this item as I was told it had an cm119 chip. That wasn’t true. It identifies as a “usb audio device” vs “usb pnp audio device” which is what i was looking for. I opened it up to verify the chipset and was not only upset with the even cheaper chip set but the board itself looked had residue all over it as you can see it the photo. I know this thing is cheap but I’ll go with other brands that use true audio chips and at least clean up the boards before shipping out.
