Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kissen, gute Verarbeitung und angenehm zum Sitzen. Durch Herausnehmen von Füllung lässt sich Sitzhöhe leicht anpassen.

I really like this yoga pillow. It got a inner bag for the filling which makes it easy when you need to wash the pillow.

E' ben fatto, pratico , sfoderabile, il sostegno che offre è molto confortevole. Non pratico Yoga per cui non lo so valutare per quella disicplina ma per la pratica di Zazen, motivo dell'acquisto, mi sono trovato bene, sia nella a gambe incrociate che nel mezzo loto, volendo, si può stare anche in "seiza" (posizione in ginocchio), in quel caso però può risultare leggermente largo per le caviglie.

I have another meditation cushion - but that one is super heavy and tricky to carry around. This one, is as good, as comfortable, as strong, and with the advantage of it being relatively light weight.I really like it for opening up hips in a cross leagues pose - supportive, and comfortable. It is though, smaller than I expected and my seat isn't as balanced as it could be.Highly recommended anyone needing Yoga type practice at home, or just stretching and supporting your body after illness or injury.
