These had no published fabric contents. By US law, contents of clothing must be tagged on the item. In ordering these pants, one can discover the following contents: 98% polyester and 2% elastane. In humid climates, this does not add up to comfort for me. Nylon, some rayons or all cotton truly breathe. In my experience, polyester has never breathed... for some people that means heat rash in hot humid climates. For me sizing 8 or 10 is sometimes Medium, sometimes Large. These pants are very baggy and very loose, and as I understand, cheap to manufacture. If you like polyester, size down for these pants.

Love these pants. They have large zippered pockets (resistant to pickpocketing) and can be stuffed in suitcase and come out looking great. I washed these in a sink and they dried quickly. Used for travel to tropical countries with no laundry facilities. I have two pairs.

I use these pants for day hiking. I am short and normally wear a 12 or large in yoga pants. I own these in both XL, which is a bit too big and L. They are really comfortable. They are cut so that you can wear a base layer underneath. Light weight with decent pockets and dry fast. They are better than some more expensive pants I own but for fall/winter/early spring, you will want to layer. Easy to roll up a spare pair in the pack. Drawstring and elastic waist. No uncomfortable buckles that dig in. Material is soft.
