Easy to clean and wipe down after every use. Heats up pretty quick. Once session is done, it beeps to alert you.

This is a wonderful and easy way to detox! When I'm ready, I pull my sauna blanket from its box and lay it on top of a tri-fold mat covered with a sheet of mylar to protect the mat. This is so comfortable that I often fall asleep! I like to wear lightweight cotton clothing and then wrap myself in a mylar sheet to increase and retain body heat. I hesitated about buying a sauna blanket because i don't care to be hot, so i was very surprised at how comfortable it is even at 140 degrees. Easy to use, right out of the box. Add some solfeggio music and heal even more while you detox. Quick wipe with alcohol, let dry while you shower, and just fold and put away. One of my best purchases.
