Schön. Einfach schön. Praktisch für Menschen, die noch mit einem Kuli denken.

Das Notizbuch an sich ist wirklich toll, der Preis ist halt wie bei allem Leuchtturm Produkten hoch. Es scheint beim schreiben auf der anderen Seite nichts durch.Das einzige, was nicht so toll war, aber da kann das Produkt nichts für sondern Amazon als Versender, das Adressen Etikett wurde direkt auf die Folie des Buches geklebt und nicht in einen Briefumschlag gelegt. Dadurch kam das Buch an einer ecke leicht geknickt an.

Und trotzdem wurde es jetzt durch ein Tablett und eine App abgelöst.

Too expensive

It's hard to tell from product descriptions whether the staff size and spacing is going to feel too small, too tight, too big, too loose. The staff size and spacing in this notebook is just perfect, with enough space to write ledger lines and text between staves.Couldn't be happier to have switched to a hardcover manuscript notebook after years of using spiral bound notebooks that fall apart before I'm halfway through.

Loved colour, quality and size. Not cheap, but worth it IMO

Ich benutze Notizbücher dieser Art, um mir berufliche Notizen zu machen. Heißt in Meetings (viel online) habe ich etwas, um mir To Dos, wichtige Infos o.ä. zu notieren.Lieferung: pünktlich, unkompliziert, ausreichend verpackt, kein unnötiger MüllQualität: eine dünne Folie als Schutz, keine Macken, Schrammen o.ä.Produkt: DIN A 4 großes Buch mit qualitatv hochwertigen Seiten, kariert, durchnummeriert, zwei Lesezeichenbänder, kleines Fach innen an dem Rückendeckel, Aufkleber zum Archivieren. - Das Produkt macht, was es soll, sieht gut aus, kein unnötiger Schnick Schnack. Das Papier ist hochwertig und kratzt nicht beim Schreiben. Man kann sowohl links als auch rechts gut schreiben.Werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen, wenn das erste Buch voll ist!

The A4s are very hard to find these days, at least where I live. I use them for my Bullet Journals and refuse to use anything else. Worth every penny.

Very happy with this journal. The cover is sturdy and the covering seems to resist staining. The elastic loop to keep the journal closed could be a little more snug, but it is sewn in very securely. I enjoy that there are two ribbons for marking your place, unique in color. This makes it easy to be working at two different points in the book at the same time without having to page through. There are plenty of entries spaces in the index, for organization. The pocket for storing loose papers is plenty large and doesn't require folding full sized papers. There has been very little bleed through when using fountain pens with this paper, and no bleed through when using gel pens. All in all, this is a good journal and I will most likely repurchase again in the future.

Recently I bought the Leuchtturm 1917 music notebook (black cover) as well as the impressive thick master A4+ notebook (black cover, blank pages) and a white version of the master A4+ slim edition (also blank pages) from Amazon.de.The notebooks have in common that they have numbered pages.When you open them there's a page where you can write your name and address , followed by three pages where you can fill in the details of the index.Furthermore you get the stickers for archiving the notebooks which you can stick on the back, front and spine of the notebooks.The notebooks with blank pages come with a sheet which is lined on one side and squared on the other side, so that you can put it under a page and use it to help you write in straight lines.Currently there's only one color available for the music notebook: black.The inclusion of an index is very handy since it keeps you from going through the ordeal of having to skim through the various pages in search of a particular sketch.Believe me, when you are facing a pile of loose music sheets and you have to go through each sheet in search of notes you made, a music notebook in the Leuchtturm format is a blessing.The Leuchtturm notebooks look terrific and embody a high quality standard.In my opinion the music notebook simply is the best notebook available on the market.As such it deserves much more attention among musicians, producers and composers.My only regret is that I found out about the existence of these music notebooks quite recently, and I wish I had discovered them sooner.I know of only one other company besides the Leuchtturm company which offers a similar music notebook, which is of course the Moleskine company.However, since Moleskine lacks an A4 (or A3) size music notebook, and the largest format the company offers is the A5 edition, I'll compare Leuchtturm's A4+ version with Moleskine's A5 sized music notebook.-The staves in both the Moleskine and the Leuchtturm are 8mm wide. That's the same width as the staves in the music manuscript paper I use for writing scores, and a great choice.-The vertical spacing between the staves is 9mm in the Moleskine, 12mm in the Leuchtturm. The 12mm of the Leuchtturm has my preference since it gives you more space to write your parts and it looks less cramped.-The Moleskine A5 has 11 staves on one page, the Leuchtturm 14 staves. I have always wondered about Moleskine's choice to put 11 staves on one A5 sized page. It would have been better to have 10 staves on one page and a little more space between the staves.-The paper in the Moleskine is a teeny bit darker than the Leuchtturm1917. That being said, the Leuchtturm looks classier.-The Moleskine A5 has 192 unnumbered pages, the Leuchtturm 121 numbered pages.-The Moleskine A5 alternating pages: one side with staves followed by one blank side, while the Leuchtturm has staves on both sides of the paper. So effectively you get 96 pages with music staves in the A5 Moleskine and 121 pages with staves in the Leuchtturm.-The Moleskine notebook comes with a music ruler you can use to draw your own staves, the Leuchtturm does not. So, theoretically you can draw your own staves on the blank side of the page in the Moleskine notebook, but I've never done that since it's quite cumbersome.-The Leuchtturm has numbered pages, an index, as well as stickers for archiving, the Moleskine does not.-Bleed-through of ink: my Schneider Topball 850 .5mm black color showed no bleed-through in the Leuchtturm a little bit of bleed-through in the Moleskine; using a Bruynzeel 8002 blue fineliner showed some bleed-through in both notebooks; using a Schneider Slider XB and a Parker Roller Ball showed no bleed-through in both notebooks. If you want to use both sides of a page my advice is to refrain from using fineliners and use a pen or pencil. I would not use a fountain pen.I have had quite a few Moleskine notebooks, and I really like their quality standard as well as the wide range of different notebooks for different purposes. There are not too many companies offering beautiful big A3-sized notebooks, or Japanese accordion-style notebooks, or notebooks with black pages, just to name a few examples.However, the Leuchtturm notebooks have certain important details which the Moleskines lack, and as such the Leuchtturm 1917 company certainly lives up to their slogan.When I compare the layout of the Leuchtturm A4+ with the Moleskine A5 edition I very much prefer the Leuchtturm, since the lay-out, the details as well as the design choices of a Leuchtturm notebook simply are superb.Anyone who is involved in music should get one of Leuchtturm 1917's music notebooks, because they simply are the best professional notebooks on the market.I hope that in the future the Leuchtturm company will consider making a Whitelines music notebook so that you can take a snapshot of a page, and convert it by means of music OCR software into a score or MIDI file quickly and easily.And as far as the other notebooks is concerned: I highly recommend them.

Ob Band, Chor, Orchester oder Kirchenmusik - wenn man mit Musik zu tun hat, wenn man in Musik kreativ ist, braucht man immer Noten aufzuschreiben. Ich habe schon lange nach einem gebundenen Notenbuch gesucht - bei Moleskine bin ich fast fündig geworden, aber eben nur fast. Moleskine hat ein kleines Notenbüchlein in A6 Format, das perfekt zum Mitnehmen ist, zum immer dabei haben. Moleskine hat auch ein A5-Hybrid mit Notensystemen und Blanko seiten - ist zwar für bestimmte Zwecke nicht verkehrt (z.B. für kleine Übungen in Harmonielehre, die dann auf der Nebenseite mit Kommentaren versehen würden, oder für Liederkompositionen (links - Musik, rechts - Texte). Aber Moleskine's Notenbuch eignet sich nicht für größere Musikstücke, die durchgehende Notensysteme erfordern. Das habe ich schon vor Jahren bedauert!Und dann bin ich bei Leuchtturm fündig geworden - ich benutzte die Notizbücher von Leuchtturm sehr gerne und kenne ihre Vorteile, umso mehr war ich froh, auch ein Notenbuch gefunden zu haben.Das Notenbuch von Leuchtturm 1917 gibt es nur in A4 Format. im Unterschied zu allen gängigen Notenblöcken verfügt eine Seite in diesem Notenbuch über 14 Notensysteme (üblich sind nur 12). Das erlaubt das Aufschreiben von längeren klein besetzten Werken oder aber von größeren Ensemble-Partituren. Ich betrachte die 14 Notensysteme als absoluten Vorteil.Standardmäßig verfügen alle Leuchtturm 1917 Bücher über einen Inhaltsverzeichnis, nummerierte Seiten, eine Falttasche im Inneren des Rückens, ein Lesezeichen und Gummischlaufe zum Halten. Das Papier ist sehr hochwertig, auf dem lässt es sich leicht radierenDen Preis finde ich absolut angemessen - für die Qualität ist ein Schnäppchen!
