The clicker works on Apple Mac computers but only with the onscreen cursor mode.All the other modes (digital pointer, magnify, highlight, and marker) are controlled by Lenovo software -- which is not available on Mac.Overall the quality and design of the clicker are good but let down by software.

This was very frustrating, mostly because I had thrown away the instructions. Just a bluetooth device, right? Then I found the LADM software which infuriatingly wanted me to log in. Fortunately, that is not necessary. The secret is that you have to hold down the big button for 3 seconds and it will pair.Once operational, it's usable -- barely. The device is neither very responsive nor intuitive, but with a little practice it makes sense. I do find the magnifier mode to be more useful than i expected.
