I recently bought a pair of these poles for me, however, my partner decided to try them and soon became convinced of the benefits of Nordic walking, so much so he wanted a pair for himself. They arrived the day after ordering. He adjusted the height to suit and off he went! They are exceptional poles, easy to adjust, light to handle, the straps are supportive and quick- release (he prefers to use them without the straps). The rubber feet are good on tarmac and can be removed to reveal a spike that's works well on the beach. It's incredible the way the poles are perfect for a full-body workout - arms, core, legs, cardio. We highly recommend these well-made poles that are great value for money.

The poles have markings enabling me to quickly set the length evenly. When I first started using them one pole slipped down. I had to turn the knob to tighten it. Now it doesn’t slip. The quick lock works easily. There is a plastic c clamp that holds the poles together when not in use. There are hand straps that are marked left and right. They have Velcro for adjustment. I haven’t changed the adjustment and leave them loose. There is a rubber tip at the bottom end, that is easily turned so the angle aligns with walking. These are my first trekking poles and I really like them. They are lightweight and sturdyThe instructions just have pictures on how to adjust the poles and hand straps. There is no narrative. I couldn’t figure out what they were describing. I just figured it out with out the instructions.

Article livré avant la date prévu, bravo. Emballage carton mériterait d'être plus épais (troué à réception), les bâtons sont parfaits, réglables au mm près, légers, excellente qualité de fabrication allemande.

Nachdem ich vorher Billigstöcke hatte und in der Reha dann das erste Mal welche von Leki in der Hand hatte, war klar das ich auch daheim anständige Qualität haben wollte. Leicht, stabil, bequeme Handschlaufe, dennoch Längenverstellbar für den Fall der Fälle. Haltbares Arretierungssystem.Kurzum super leichte komfortable Stöcke. Bin super zufrieden und das laufen macht gleich mehr Freude.

Great quality. Very light and the mechanism to attach and detach the gauntlets has a brilliant design, as it is very easy to attach and detach the poles from the gauntlets. While less important, they are beautiful. I recommend them very highly.
