Learning Resources Primary Time Teacher – 24-Stunden-Demonstrationsuhr. Diese leuchtend bunte Uhr zieht Kleinkinder magisch an und vermittelt ihnen die Uhrzeit. Die Vorführuhr ist vor allem für den Unterricht entwickelt worden. Diese Vorführuhr verfügt über blaue Minutenzahlen und einen blauen Minutenzeiger sowie rote Stundenzahlen und einen roten Stundenzeiger. Die Zeiger laufen über ein Zahnrad und bewegen sich daher in präzisen Schritten. Das Zifferblatt der Lernuhr vermittelt das Ablesen der analogen Uhrzeit. Daneben gibt es ein Fenster zur Anzeige der entsprechenden digitalen Uhrzeit für vormittags (AM) und nachmittags (PM). Dieses Fenster kann zur Kontrolle verdeckt werden. Maße Uhr: 39 cm H. Geeignet für Kinder ab 3 Jahren.

Brilliant, large sized teaching clock. It is extremely well made, strong and sturdy. The vibrant colours make the clock interesting and clearly visible. The hands are in different colours which I am happy about because it is easier to teach the representation of each hand rather than what I would usually do which is 'big hand, small hand'. It is lightweight and easy to read, it also has the time in digital form below with AM and PM. This clock has made teaching easier and so it would be fantastic for teachers to teach time with this in a fun manner. I find it large for home so when we are finished with learning I will give away to pre school. It is expensive but worthwhile for a teaching setting. My little one is learning to understand time with this so it is educative and worth purchasing.

I brought this clock to a relative’s classroom for a short project, demonstrating 24-hour time. The clear analog face alongside the digital display helped the kids understand time conversion visually. They engaged well with the interactive learning approach.The bold numbers are easy to spot from across the room, and the reliable mechanism kept accurate time. Adjusting the hands is simple, so transitioning between times for demonstrations was quick.It’s a practical teaching tool that made time-telling less confusing. The children found it less intimidating than a standard clock.

The Learning Resources Primary Time Teacher arrived in a large branded cardboard box. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the clock, it is much larger than I thought. The quality and design is excellent. The bright primary colours make the clock really standout. It has large plastic hands for analogue learning and also a digital display that sycronises the time. Excellent product for learning to tell the time. Happy to recommend.

This is a high-impact clock from Learning Resources with a 30+ cm clock face making it large enough for a large classroom.The clock has a pull out stand to support it sitting off-vertical on a desk or a fitting on the rear to hang it on a screw or hook on a wall.The gear system works well so that if you turn the minute hand the hour hand follows as it should and the digits shown below the clock face follow the time correctly too. The colours are bright and the clock is durable, as you would expect. The window feature on the digits under the clock is brill so you can do guessing games with children to guess the correct time and reveal the answer. This also works with the am and pm dial where you can turn the dial so neither 'am' or 'pm' are shown and get the children to guess what it is and then turn it to the correct answer.There are a few minor issues with the clock though from my initial perspective:The gear system is a little clunky. When you get to turn the minute hand past the 12 position the gears force a change in the hour too and this causes a bit of resistance and a bit of noise. If you're turning the clock using the hands the resistance is OK but using the knob on the rear is quite hard... Not sure why the knob wasn't bigger to give more grip.There is a pull out handle on the top but it's oddly shaped in honesty... Why not have a proper fold-down flat handle or just a grip recess to hold it by the top(?).The digits under the clock are too small for a classroom setting. The clock is large enough but the digits in the windows are too small. Also the 'am' and 'pm' are not part of the gear set-up and so have to be turned manually as desired.Finally, the price. At the moment this is in excess of £37, which seems relatively expensive. It has a few additional features compared to most early learning clocks of this type but still seems too expensive to me. Having said that you should get many years of learning from this in a classroom setting.Overall 4 stars.
