Diese Mini Pies Form habe ich schon oft benutzt. Nur das erste Mal ging etwas holprig. Aber inzwischen habe ich Routine und kann die Form nur empfehlen .Das Ergebnis ist immer lecker und ansehnlich.

This kit is so fun! I just used it to make mini lattice pies today- Meat pies (using some filling I cooked yesterday from ground turkey, spices, and diced onion) and Berry pies for dessert (I made a filling with strawberries and blackberries, first time making a fruit pie filling which was pretty easy but normally I'd probably use pre-made/canned filling or jams). I've never seen anything like this kit before, but searching Amazon showed me similar ones under "Russian dumpling maker" and "Italian ravioli mold." Those are mostly smaller than this Lekue kit, and only one side- this can do hexagon on one side (2.5") and circles (2") on the other. So cool! Lekue also sells another appetizer kit with different shapes, but I haven't used it yet.This was pretty easy to use! I rolled out some puff pastry (badly, first time using that) and put it over the red base. I then carefully pushed down to make more room in each cavity, then filled it with around a tablespoon of filling (the meat ones also have some shredded cheese sprinkled under the meat). The directions from Lekue said to do an egg wash, so I did. Then I rolled out the second puff pastry sheet and used the lattice cutter and carefully spread cuts apart, and then put that on top of the fillings (which was my first time doing and moving latticed dough so it was a bit tricky, but I'm sure it will get easier). I then used the smooth roller on top of it all, which pushed the dough layers together and cut them into the shapes. Another eggwash on top (and some sprinkled sugar on the berry ones), and then easily popped them out to bake (I followed Lekue's suggested oven temperature but let them bake longer until golden). A few of the pue tops spread apart more than I expected in the lattice areas, but everything tasted great! There was some "dough waste" after the layers were cut, but I put them in a bag to make something else with later (didn't have room on the smaller oven sheet I used today). Clean up was very easy, just a quick rinse and a few dough spots to rub off. I'm really happy with this kit! I do wish Lekue had included more recipes, but it is very easy to find various pie/dumpling fillings online.

Es estupendo. Una forma rápida y sencilla de preparar unos canapés tanto dulces como salados. Quedan geniales y no se abren en el horno, excepto que les metas mucho relleno. Lo recomiendo 100%
