Please stop using plastic for pet accessories and toys. It makes them sick. My cat is highly allergic to plastics. He scratches his head bloody. That collar helped in the first week. But once he started to lick the collar he of course ingests the plastic fibre causing his allergies to get worse again. It’s a vicious circle. The design is good but the materials are not for pets.

It is comfortable yet prevents her from licking her paw raw. She has a chronic illness so has been wearing it for months. Easy to clean too!

Bought for my cat when she had awful problems with her ears and even worse surgery. Poor thing ended up wearing them for about 6 weeks, but she tolerated it much better than the hard plastic collar the vet provided, which she hated. I bought two so I could wash them and swap them over - they do get a bit messy with food, but very simple to take off and put on and she only got it off one her own once. As the poor thing was trying to scratch her ears a lot, it did get a bit frayed, but it stood up to all that reasonably well. She seemed to be able to move around and sleep in it fairly comfortably. I could see how a determined dog would shred it pretty quickly though.

I ordered this to replace an older, worn collar. The neck size is large enough for a 10lb cat but the length completely obstructed my cats' peripheral vision. The length is 5½", not 4" as described. It's a well made product just too long for the short length of a cat's head. The next size down, which wasn't available, is what I was replacing. It's a little snug around the neck, but provides good side vision (4" length).
