Fits nice in hand, holds warm longer than reg cup, packing is in strong container, to bad it was took a week

As always I appreciate the great customer service as it’s always impeccable. I’m waiting on the new cortado porcelain imagine cups that I bought that have a longer wait time but wanted to give these Espresso cascade cups a try while I’m waiting on the others. These work so much better than I thought they would. The extra headspace allows me to still make a Cortado which is what I need as I prefer milk based espresso drinks rather than just straight espresso. I was surprised at how easy they were to still do latte art in considering the top is more narrow across.The heat retention is perfect as well. I have really enjoyed using them.
