I was having trouble with the fit of the thumb drill on my 13.5 pound "antique" bowling ball. I found that i have having to "grip" the ball too much and thought taping might help. I watched a few tutorials on YouTube prior to making this purchase so I knew I was buying the correct product for my particular issue.Pros:- This tape has a nice texture. Not too slippery and not too rough.- The width is appropriate for my petite thumb, giving me extra grip where i need it.- Pre-cut pieces are convenient- Adheres well to the drilled surface of the ball- Lasts multiple games without peeling (if using only one layer of tape in the hole)Cons:- Tape pieces are two long for my thumb hole and needed to be trimmed prior to application.- Tape doesn't layer well and peels back easily if stuck to itself. If you're planning to taper your tape application, beware of the rolling on the top layers of tape.Overall, this tape has helped me achieve what I wanted to do, but I was surprised when I couldn't effectively layer the tape if needed.

Best tape I have come across so far! I use it for my thumb hole and also my finger plugs. It has strong adhesive and doesn't leave a sticky residue on the holes when you take them out. Great grip and stays on for long, although I recommend to change it every few games. A fresh tape is a good tape! Definitely recommend this tape for anyone looking to level up their game!:D
