Der Styropor Schneider ist Super.Ich habe ihn heute ausprobiert und festgestellt er schneidet sehr gut.

Schneidet perfekt durch Styrodur. Viel besser als Stichsäge oder Messer. Voll zufrieden!

Bei dickeren Styrodur Platten ca. 15 cm ist es schwierig einen geraden Schnitt hinzubekommen.

Hatte und habe einige Styroporplatten zu bearbeiten. Sägen oder schneiden verursacht viel Dreck.Dann habe ich mir diesen Styroporschneider bestellt und damit arbeitet es sich wirklich supergut.Er erreicht sehr schnell seine Arbeitstemperatur und dann geht es sehr flott mit dem Styropor bearbeiten.Möchte das Teil nicht mehr missen. Kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Really pleased with this cutting tool. I needed something that would cut through some thick foam blocks with accuracy and this cutter does the job with ease. Before I had this I used a normal saw which did the job but cutting foam with a saw always ended up with a lot of mess to clean up as the teeth shredded the foam rather than cutting it. This cutter simply glides through the foam like a knife through butter, no mess, just a clean perfect cut. The first time I used it I had the heat setting a little too high but as it has 18 heat settings it’s a little trial and error at first so I would recommend using the cutter outside if possible on a few spare pieces of foam just to get the hang of it, which you soon will it’s so easy to use. After about 10mins I got the hang of what I was doing and from that point on its a slice of cake, pardon the pun. I have cut through some 6” x 4” blocks with ease and also some 2mm thick sheets with ease and accuracy (see pictures) the cutter also comes in a strong carry case complete with 4 blades, 2 cleaning tools to clean the blades after use and a handy tool to change the blades, which are different sizes, very handy. This cutter is definitely a fantastic tool for craft work and would be useful for cutting insulation sheets to get a precise cut for those awkward places.In a nutshell I’m very pleased I got this, it’s a great tool that I will come in very hand for all sorts of jobs.I would recommend 100% (it would also make a great gift for someone, this is the kind of thing you could buy for someone who is hard to buy for. A handy tool that would fit into anyone’s tool kit)

This electric foam cutter looks and feels well-made. Simple to use, and it heats up instantly as soon as you press the trigger. It comes with a durable plastic case that fits the blade attachments and blade screw wrench.With that said, the cutter does not come with blades attached. You have to use the included wrench to attach or switch the blade attachments. Which I know was done for safety reasons.And if you want to store the cutter back into the plastic case you’ll have to remove any blade attachment before putting it back in (see my photo), it won’t fit with any blade still attached.I wish it did just for convenience sake so that I didn’t have to detach and reattach blades every time I take it out of the case. But I know they did this for safety. But it’s also not that hard to reattach any of the blades so not a huge deal.If I really want to leave the blades on I guess I don’t have to put it back in the case, but then it’s not really safe just having it out with a sharp blade attached.I also wish they included a long foam cutter, but I couldn’t find any combination that had both short and long. They either only had just the short cutter kit or just the long cutters kit. So I either have to get a long cutter separately or make one with some metal wire.Overall I’m very happy with the quality and functionality of this heat cutter. No more frayed nylon rope ends or messy styrofoam balls from cutting with a utility knife. I definitely recommend!
