These gummies contain the acid that claim to help with weight loss. I can’t vouch for that right now but they do also contain additional minerals and vitamins to help boost wellbeing and immunity. They are tasty and easy to take.

Hard to definitively comment on the efficacy, but these taste really nice and seem a good dose for the money. Obviously more expensive than traditional supplement forms.

I am not sure if this is doing anything special and will probably be a lot more effective once I eat less and do more exercise.The gummies are fine, they taste nice and are a fairly soft chew.I have not had any adverse effects, so I will guess that it is doing what is should.

Taking these gummies makes it easier to consume CLA than having a capsule. They are orange flavoured and soft enough to chew. The flavour is a bit artificial, but nothing more than what you would have with a sweet.Near on impossible to comment on the efficacy or the quantity of CLA of these gummies just by taking them, but assuming they are accurate then they are great!
