I LOVE these. They are so much easier to put on my cat. I don't have to try to thread his long tail through a hole with these. This is the only one I have found that has two separate straps to go around the tail - genius! Other's need to catch on. I add a regular maxi pad to the inside because my cat dumps, what seems like, a gallon of urine at a time. Great product!!

These went on much easier than ones with just holes for tails. I put a pad inside and that made a big difference. It did keep him from spraying, but it did slip with him scooting around in it so when he pooped it got inside and stunk. I will try again and hopefully learn to place it better. It did wash up well and because of using the pad it didn't smell afterwards.

On the pro side, I love the design. We were buying disposables & he hates the tail-threading part the most. However, they don't hold smell well at all, & don't hold as much urine, either. His skin is much more irritated with these vs disposables, so it doesn't seem to be drawing away from his skin well.Washing suggestion (because it took us several tries): soak in hot water with oxiclean for 30+ min, wash, hang to dry.

Our male indoor cat was only able to be half neutered (Cryptorchid) so he still sprays the furniture and any other vertical surface in the house. We’ve tried other diapers but they kept slipping off or made him unable to walk & run. With these, they go on easily and he doesn’t put up a fight or complain, he can still use the open litter box (#2), and can run (although not gracefully), climb and explore all he wants! They can slip off if he squeezes into a hiding place or under furniture. He is also wobbly and falls over when first putting them on - but gets used to it and can walk fine after a few minutes.(Edit) Sometimes a little #2 gets caught in the diaper, so it is important to check and change them often! I would not leave him in the same diaper for more than 1-2 hours un-attended without checking if it needs to be changed. If there are absorbency issues, you can add a thick panty liner (like an overnight period pad). Still very happy with the product as the house already smells 100x better! (End Edit)They’re made of a similar material to a thick bathing suit and wash very well - just make sure all the scratchy Velcro is adhered to the soft Velcro if putting in the washing machine so it doesn’t damage itself or any other fabrics.
