I’m using the reel for crappie fishing & the light weight aspect is what got my attention.

I returned this reel . The minimum drag setting was too heavy for BFS . Danger of breaking UL rod or snapping line.The replacement reel had a similarly strong drag , opening the reel found that there were too thick washers in drag stack . Drag had pair of bellville washers and two flat washers . Removed one of the flat washers and drag is good now for BFS.Besides drag issue the reel is super smooth and highly recommended .

This is an excellent especially for the price point. Feel great in the hand and pairs excellent with the reel I have for it. 5/5 no questions about it.

I have no complaints at all I love it I always liked throwing light gear and tackle but I could never do it unless I had a spinning reel but with this I put 10lb braid to 6lb fluro and I did have a few backlashes but once I tuned it in I could cash very efficiently, accurate and far thank you
