This is a somewhat bulky but lightweight and functional plastic DJI Action camera mount for cold shoe and 1/4-20. It's a little bulkier than the tripod mounts DJI includes with the Action cameras but it does provide both pan and tilt adjustments compared to the standard adapters that are tilt only, and of course it adds the cold shoe compatibility.A perfectly good use for this is as a replacement for the mount that came with the camera, if you've lost it or just want a second mount to leave on a tripod. Another good use for this is in conjunction with clamps that have cold shoes, to be able to clamp an action camera onto something - the clamp can be positioned for security, and this mount has enough articulation to allow you to point the camera as needed. Of course you can also use it to mount an action camera to your main camera to give you wide angle video that goes alongside whatever you are shooting.The mount is made of plastic but it seems sturdy. The action camera mount works well with aluminum hooks to hold the camera in place. I would probably prefer it if it was made of aluminum but to give the range of adjustment it would be just as bulky, and this seems to be as strong as it needs to be.Overall, it's a better version of the mount DJI provided, at a reasonable price.

Genau dafür nutze ich ihn und bin sehr zufrieden.Dank der ColdShoe-Verbindung lässt sich die Kamera nicht nur auf klassischen Stativen, sondern auch auf einer DSLM/DSLR befestigen. Der magnetische Schnellverschluss funktioniert zuverlässig, die Verriegelung mit den Aluminiumhaken wirkt sicher und stabil.Zwar besteht das Gehäuse überwiegend aus Kunststoff, doch die Verarbeitung ist durchaus solide und ausreichend robust für typische Einsätze im Action- oder Vlogging-Bereich. 

Die Verstellbarkeit des Winkels ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt, da man den Blickwinkel flexibel anpassen kann, besonders hilfreich beim Filmen aus ungewöhnlichen Perspektiven.Unterm Strich ist dieser Adapter für mich die stabil, leicht, vielseitig und preislich absolut fair. Für meine DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro suchte ich nach einer Cold Shoe Befestigung. Dann sah ich diese und hatte mich dafür entschieden. Auf den ersten Blick machte der Adapter einen sehr guten Eindruck. Er ist robust und sehr sauber verarbeitet. Der magnetische Schnellspanner mit den seitlichen Clips hält bombastisch, lässt sich leicht und schnell wieder lösen.Die Auflagefläche ist gummiert, sodass meine Action Cam keinen Schaden nimmt und festsitzt. Am besten gefällt mir die Cold Shoe Aufnahme, was mir flexible Einsatzmöglichkeiten bietet. In Verbindung mit einem unten offenen Schutzkäfig, passt das einwandfrei mit meiner Osmo Action 5Pro, wie auch mit der 3er und 4er Version.Beim Ansetzen an der Kamera unbedingt die Clips leicht nachdrücken, bis sie richtig einschnappen. Dann ist die Fixierung bombenfest und hält einwandfrei. This works exactly as I had hoped. I have a similar mount that is designed to attach an external monitor to a top handle, and because that device is all metal, it's very heavy for its small size. This mount is much lighter and thus more convenient. It's lighter because it's mostly made of plastic (besides the metal magnet at top) and also designed to carry much less weight. It's more than sturdy enough for an action camera. The magnet mount at top attaches and detaches from my Osmo Action 4 just like an OEM product would work. It is very quick and secure. The plastic portion feels well made, like modeled plastic and not 3D printer junk. My only possible criticism is that the flexing joint in the middle of the mount that allow the camera to be tilted forward or backward doesn't have a bolt for tightening. It is very strong and the camera does move back and forth on its own, but because that joint is all plastic I'm wondering if it will hold with that amount of grip for long. Overall, I'm very pleased with this mount and it is the perfect tool to allow me to film POV footage of my photo shoots.

This quick release adapter from brand K&F CONCEPT offers this in a just that way thanks to its its unique clamp style lock-in connectivity, as seen on the most recent iterations of the DJI branded action cameras.I use this cold shoe quick release specifically with the Osmo Action 5 Pro, though it I am aware that it will also work well with the Action 4 and 3 as well. It is a a hard plastic type of material in black colour with orange aluminum clips, that seems durable and is super-quick to install onto either the top flash hot shoe port on your mirrorless camera, or onto a camera cage, for example. From that point, you just snap your action camera into place using the quick release mechanism.This is a simple and specific use tool that makes life with action cameras so much easier, particularly if you want to combine them with your photo camera. 5 stars.
