Mine was delivered a day early, and that’s in LA, so, impressive there. Good build quality as others have mentioned. If you are having trouble tightening the clamp, you just have to remove the security screw, clamp it, then add your acrew. The reason for the low review is my unit did not come with the Bluetooth phone controller

Works well, charges like it's supposed to. Spring tension is very tight. Was able to adjust to fit my note 10+ with otterbox case. Other mounts did t work for my phone.

Almost perfect, but still a quick easy fix. I ordered this to replace one that was a few years old and a pain in the butt to get the phone in and out and it had the normal lighting cord to power it up, and when the phone wasn't in the cradle, it whipped around in the wind. This new unit solves all of the problems.1) You can mount on most handle bars or rear view mirror mount. It comes with adapters that can take almost anything or diameter.2) It's a two ball mounting system so you can get practically any angle3) It comes with a remote handle bar mount to answer calls or move your music forward but not something I'll use. I like to ride in quiet4) It uses the standard SAE plug. I already have one for my trickle charger so no need to do anything, but the cord is also long enough for a fresh install. Not pictured clearly is the ring terminals instead of what ever it is they sort of show.5) It's set and forget. With the included allen style wrenches, you adjust all the arms to the best size and lock them down. However, you may need to toss the small specialty tools in your tool bag if they come loose.6) Its wireless charging so just set the phone in and no need to plug anything in.7) The USB-C plug is a nice addition and comes with a water proof plug that gets attached to the plug wire The blue connector is clean and easy to attach and a solid feeling.Wishes: I'm not going to use the wired remote control but it's hard wired in. I'll probably cut it if I can hide it under the tank. I have no idea why it needs "security" screws. Who steals phone mounts? Get someone to proof your ad. There is no "electric door lock" fuse on a motorcycle, and the "safety device" is a fuse.I assembled this before installing and realized that the double ball mount would not tighten all the way. I messed with all the things that you could ( not many actually ) and thought the security screw had something to do with it. No such luck. The issue is that you can squeeze the two halves shut, but you can't screw them shut. The threads on the bold simply aren't long enough to tighten all the way. I figured out that a lock washer added just below the twist knob fixed the issue just fine. ( image 5 ) The quality of the parts now worked as intended and it tighten up so much it will never sag riding down the road. I'm not sure it's one handed install and remove. The top clamp is what moves to get the phone in and out, and it's sprung very tightly. I'm pushing the phone in from the bottom to get it in and out. Not a showstopper.I was hoping for around $100 this would be the ultimate solution- and it is. With all of the cool features, excellent design, great build quality and just plain cool look, it fits the bill. I'm very pleased with this. I'm just kind of mad that they missed one simple thread length but it's a 25 cent fix - and now you know to have one handy.
