Bestellt habe ich dieses Kabel aber geliefert wurde ein anderes sehr billiges Ersatzkabel.Auch wenn die anschlüsse passen, finde ich diese Produktseite irreführend!Das erhaltene Kabel ist kein braided mit hochwertigem Kupfer und hochwertigen Anschlüssen sondern ein billiges mit Gummiummantelung und billigem Stecker!

It took me several years to work out that Sennheiser headphones (the majority of them) have replaceable cables, I'm going back to my first pair in 1979 and these cables were a great direct replacement.They are being used in my original HD414 headphones in place of the original cables.However, the main part of the cable is a rough textile-covered lead, and for me this is a bonus as it's very resistant to bunching up and coiling, but it does lead to a bit of cable 'friction' noise.This is not a problem for me as I tend to use in-ear headphones and I'm well used to the phenomenon of cable noise, having accepted it as part of using headphones on the move, but I thought I'd mention it for those that might find it a deal breaker.I would give the product 5 stars if it were solely for me, but the purpose of the review is to help others, after all, I write this because others have helped me decide on other products.Pro:Good sturdy design.Anti-twist and bunching material on main cable.Fits most historic and new Sennheiser headphones/buds.Con:Cable rubbing noise.Upper part of cable is not cloth covered so looks a little odd.No red marking on 'right' plug-had to add a dab of red enamel paint to see which was left and right channel.PLEASE NOTE: Altghough to the naked eye the two pins on each plug look the same, they are NOT.One is very slightly fatter than the other, the headphones are likewise polarised, so keep an eye on this.I would give 5 stars as I said above cos I'm using the cables at home and not on the move.

Pretty thin cable compared to whst we had but sounds good on Sennheiser headphones.
