This is exactly what I needed to keep all my cords neat and contained. My desk does not face the wall and faces outward as I have many video meetings and don't want the risk of people walking behind me and being seen. Even with a virtual background, sometimes, this fails. For this reason, cords and wires connected to my computer and monitor are visible on the table and cannot be tucked in the back against a wall. This is tucked neatly under the side of my desk with the surge protector strip inside and all the wires in there plugged in. I only have one cord from the power strip to the wall socket behind me and that was easily corded on to my desk leg and minimal. It keeps the floor and my desk clutter free.I gave it 4 stars because I wonder how sturdy it is. Only time will tell. It's clamped on tightly but the basket part itself feels a bit bendy and less sturdy. I also wish the basket was a little bigger. I holds all the cords that I need currently but I have 3 sockets not being used on the strip and if I needed to plug in anything else on my desk, there is absolutely no room for the cord. The cords are long and thick so it's wonderful to have them all in the basket preventing them from being an eyesore but there is no more room. Still, I am very happy with my purchase.

This basket attaches easily to the desk, and it can be positioned under the desk or besides the desk. Under the desk is ideal for concealing cords, but turning it outwards can extend the desk space. I am using it under the desk to keep it hidden, but I like the flexibility. The basket is wide and long so fits most multi-plug adaptors. The knobs tighten easily, so it feels solid and secure.
