An sich funktioniert es super ! Nur ist es kein wirkliches weiß,eher ins blaue geht das über!

Works as advertised with a bright light, although the inverter is a little bulky so Ill be rebuilding it into something smaller.Only tested continuously for 10 hours.Coil whine is noticeable for younger people with better hearing.

I recently purchased the jose2015 [3 Modes] 12X5CM Electroluminescent EL Panel Light Red for various decorative purposes, and while it has its positive aspects, there are notable drawbacks to consider.On the positive side, the EL panel offers three different modes, providing versatility for different lighting effects. Its flexibility makes it easy to shape and position according to specific needs.Additionally, when the panel is powered on, it emits a noticeable hum. This can be distracting, especially in quiet environments or during events where a silent operation is desired. A quieter or noise-free operation would have been preferable.Lastly, the brightness of the display is underwhelming. Even at its brightest setting, the panel doesn't provide the desired level of illumination. In dimly lit environments, it may struggle to stand out and make a significant visual impact. For the money, unless you need a small EL light source I would pass on this.CAVEAT - If you had an LCD and were looking for a backlight and it happened to match the size, this might make a cool addition.

EL panels are so cool. Did you know they were used in the Broadway musical, Cats? They is how they made the eyes glow. You are not stuck with the shape, either. These can be trimmed into other shapes with a pair of scissors. I am in the scenery and props business and I use EL panels whenever I can.
