Just try to tighten your quick release plate into the foot.Just try it.Go ahead.Bet you it does this (check out the photos).You might as well drop your camera with your zoom telephoto on a concrete floor to see what will happen.It’s plastic - wouldn’t trust it on a cheap telephoto zoom let alone a metal bodied lens where you want to balance any sort of pendular weight; ie: camera body and glass in the lens.You’d think they should have to mention it’s plastic right up front - clear as day.

Version low-cost de l'accessoire de marque au prix prohibitif, la qualité est minimaliste, en rapport avec le prix. Manque de fluidité pour la rotation et le serrage, mais au final il remplit son office.

Come scritto nel titolo, l'ho montato su un 100 mm macro ed è troppo piccolo, o stringi all'inverosimile per tenerlo agganciato oppure se lo allenti la vite non arriva ad agganciare...in più è di plastica, neppure delle migliori, la sensazione è che se messo su cavalletto si possa rompere...non lo consiglio, Amazon può selezionare prodotti migliori

Doesn't fit the EF 100 lens version I have so entirely useless. Maybe there are multiple types of 100mm macro lens and I have the wrong one? Good news is it isn't very expensive so I didn't waste a lot of money.
