I purchased this as I lost my screen on my previous during cleaning. I had to purchase a new shower Jabsco sump pump too, upon opening the box I realized they included a new filter so returned this one but it was the same filter as this hence why I feel I can truly rate this product. I've been using these filters for over 15 years, no leakage, only complaint I have (didn't check this new one if it is the same) to take the filter out to clean you have to unscrew the center, I prefer the Jabsco ones that you can screw in such as I have on my diaphragm bilge pump.

This is a must for any water pump especially if you are moving Lake Water.I installed 2 of these on my houseboat, and you can't imagine how much junk they stopped from going into a very expensive toilet water pump.This is a must buy for boat applications!
