I have MANY special mugs from Disney and always wanted to display them. Took a chance on this rack when it went on sale and was not disappointed.It’s sturdy and looks great.

I bought two of these mug racks, with the anticipation of buying four more, to fill a wall in my dining room. I couldn’t even assemble one of them, as neither came with any hardware. Just metal rails and wooden boards. Looks like we’ll be heading to the hardware store, to try and figure this out. Super frustrating.*Edit:Went to the hardware store, found screws to put the rack together, as well as hanging hardware. Came home to begin assembly, only to figure out that one of the metal side rails is missing, too! Spent WAY too much money on these items, and now it’s pretty much unusable.

At first I didn’t get the required tools and screws for assembly, but I got in touch with the company and they sent me a replacement immediately! It was easy to assemble and put up on the wall. It looks great and I’m very happy with it! The wood itself it really light, but I don’t think there’s any worry about it breaking suddenly. Great product so far!

Easy to put together and hang on the wall. Spaced perfect for various sized cups. Note that the hooks are not large enough for wide coffee cup handles but overall a great product. I love it. It looks great on the wall and I would purchase again

Not worth the price. There was no hardware included in the package, even though the instructions listed screws and wrench were included. Had to make a trip to the hardware in order to assemble. One of the holes in the brackets was upside down, so had to use a screw with a larger head in order to secure it to the wall.
