This printer control mother board seems to be just as good of quality as you would expect out of other name brand boards. It was just what I was looking for to control my diy large scale delta printer. It has the correct amount of stepper and heater controllers that I needed. The open source firmware makes it infinitely customizable. I can recommend this board.

Be sure to check your version against using MARLIN software. Be assured the programing is capable to work the board per design if you use MARLIN. I personally had troubles getting my programing laid out on this board and took some time to get there. If I would have purchased V1 or V2.0 I could have been better of and quicker setup time. However, the board does work per design ... its just programing has not caught up at the time when I purchased it.

This came just like this. No instructions on how to set this up. Not sure exactly what brand this is because the sticker on the bag is not the label printed on the mainboard.MKS sounds familiar and can look it up on the web for more info. Normally instructions tell the drivers this board can use and where to setup the jumpers for it.Anything that makes this hard to use is there is no sdcard slot so it's a must to run off a pi or pc with usb cable that I have not Good Luck with from the pc shutting down or internet loss so I only use the sd card.I think this is an excellent card to someone who is often messing around with these. I have a few printers that can use this but with no information except what's printed on the board then there is no understanding on why the jumpers need to be where they go and how things get affected.Thoughts. There is a spot where a sd card socket could be soldered in so I may need to do some fixing on this together this to work like I actually need it. Software programming may be needed or drivers added to get the slot to work.I do like the idea of using different drivers for the motors if I want to change them.In a nut shell. This may work and there is alot of research for me to do. Just not happy about this not a plug and play after adding the drivers for the motors. For me this is going to be a long process and for you who has done these alterations before will be simple.Good Luck.

Great board, direct swap for the footprint of my Gen Lv1 board, and a great platform for the TMC2208 silent drivers that I installed.Highly recommend if you need to replace the board on your Tevo Tornado, as I did.
