500 ml smaller than the original, but fits great in my Dakine bike bag for half the price and better build quality.

Beim Versuch, diese zu wenden bekommt man ein richtiges Plastikknäul, das alles andere als einfach zu reinigen und zu trocknen ist.

Assim, apesar de não ser uma bolsa nada barata, terei que comprar separadamente um novo tubo. O fabricante poupou 2 ou 3 cêntimos no material e eu irei gastar 50 vezes mais para resolver um problema que não deveria existir.

I was very excited for this! The pack had excellent packaging, instructions even came with lubricant I read online as being useful in closing as someone completely new to a water pack. Following the instructions two things, folding it the correct way (should be simple and for most people ornbalt not too hard but if it’s something they’d never seen or received as a gift it could be a little harder) but I could foresee someone like my mom doing that incorrectly. The instructions report that the lubricant is for the o ring. When I had significant difficulty closing the actual seal after reducing the contents well below the full line I went from the instructions that came with the product back to online where it informed me that the lube provided is more for the sliding lock than the o ring connections. Which makes a lot more sense 😅 as a nurse who’s had their share of catheter, leg bags and colostomy bags you don’t really need lube in those areas. Usually it’s keeping it watertight that’s more difficult.So after getting that stuff sorted (totally minor):Pros:- good bite valve!- open close bite valves- magnetic pin for holding bite valve (great for a button placket)- well packaged- excellent tubing, ring and valve construction!Cons:- poor bladder and closing mechanism construction 🥲- not waterproof/leakproof- hanging loop made from a woven coated material frays-flexible closing mechanisms material and inflexible latch mixed with lube can lead to a faster breakdown and wrinkling of the bladder.I got to use mine once before it got a hole in it where the connection meets and I even had my husband and a hiker friend help me look over it before I started using it. They both believed the design seemed a bit off and cumbersome. My husband and our friend also being medical were also surprised it wasn’t akin to more colostomy bag closings which are both, water tight, easy to access and of course durable due to its contents. I tried to put a sliver of silicon in there to stop to leak and get some use out of it and it actually made it water proof for a little bit but honestly it’s a bit too much of a bother.For someone ND it might just be too finicky from the get go. I definitely want to see if I can’t get a different bladder to work with the tubing/bite valve but this closing system nah. However, neat idea 👍 !I’m just bummed 😭, I was looking forward to adding this to my tool belt 😔 so I stop getting so dehydrated all the time 🥲Honestly for the price it’s a no from me dog.

Due to the sliding opening and closing feature it inherently causes lots of friction to open and close, more exaggerated if used daily or very frequently. Eventually the plastic tears where the highest amount of friction occurs. Also if your bladder and host bag aren't size accurately the bladder will hang and eventually drop from up and down motion of running or cycling off trail and such. For me with daily use and open/close cycle it only lasted about 8 solid weeks. However the magnetic clip for the mouth piece is beyond 5 stars, that item works amazing!
