Perfect. The adhesion is better than the ones that came with my EMS device. Unfortunately, they are too small for the glute/hips straps. You will need to find and add those to your cart. Removing the pads is easiest if you start at one end and roll toward the opposite end. I found this method is faster and easier. The pads I purchased on another site when I initially ordered my EMS device were $50 for fewer pads! I'm glad I found these. One more important detail is that the adhesive lasts through numerous uses on these. Highly recommend.

Useful enough for the price; they stay on but the edges tend to peel a little easily, however they function well and the amount for the price means several replacements for awhile.
