He usado este producto durante 2 años largos y de pronto comienza a verse mal la pantalla, dar error de almacenamiento interno y por ultimo fallo en los cabezales de impresión..... he seguido todas las instrucciones del fabricante, tipos de conexión, reseteos parciales y completos y nada. Solución ofrecida por Amazon....NADA de NADA...está fuera de plazo de garantia..... Me parece lamentable por parte de Amazon y por parte de HP que se atrevan a dejarnos a los consumidores con el culo al aire... en este tipo de situaciones.

... nachdem sich mein alter MFC Drucker verabschiedet hatte, war ich auf der Suche nach einem neuen Gerät. Schwankte zwischen Farblaser und Tintenstrahldrucker hin und her, nachdem aber die Farblaser - Drucker immer noch auf einem Preisniveau sind, das sich meines Erachtens nicht für das Homeoffice rentiert, habe ich mich für den HP Officejet Pro 8610 AiO entschieden. Mit entscheidend war auch, dass dieser Drucker einzeln austauschbare Patronen besitzt.Erster Eindruck // Riesig aber super verarbeitet.- Abmessungen: 49,9 x 46,9 x 30 cm (man sollte aber wissen, dass das Ausgabefach nochmals ca. 30 cm ausziehbar ist.)- Papierfach: ca. für 250 Blatt vorrat- Farbdisplay- USB Anschluss an der Vorderzeite- USB Druckerport, sowie LAN an der RückseiteEinrichtung // InstallationDa hat sich HP mal richtig ins Zeug gelegt ... scherz :-)Es ist alles dabei was man zur ersten Inbetriebnahme benötigt auch 4 Patronen, die erstaunlich lange halten, jedoch KEIN USB ANSCHLUSSKABEL, deshal 1* Abzug. Die Software ist verständlich und die Einrichtung ist simpel, wenn man alles nach "Plan" und Herstellerangaben erledigt.Der Drucker ist schell ins WLAN eingebunden und es funktioniert alles gleichzeitig -> Drucken über USB, WLAN und LAN ist möglich. Die CD beinhaltet die Software für PC und MAC. Telefon und Tablet finden den Drucker selbstständig, hier ist keine Software notwendig.Laufender BetriebDrucken:Relativ leise und mit seinen (Herstellerangabe) 19 Seiten/Min. S/W und 14 Seiten/Min. Farbe auch für das Homeoffice völlig ausreichend.Auch beim Drucken mit WLAN wird das "gesendete" recht schnell umgesetzt. Der Drucker besitzt eine ePrint funktion, zu der man sich über das ePrint Portal bei HP anmelden muss ... für was das auch immer gut sein soll ... für mich hat diese Funktion keine Bedeutung. Das Duplexdrucken geht automatisch und ist für größere Dokumente von Vorteil, da man sich damit viel Papier sparen kann.Kopieren:Funktioniert super mit Flachbett oder auch mit Einzug. Alles kein Problem.Scannen: Entweder direkt vom Drucker aus auf die freigegebenen Devices oder vom PC / Mac aus durch Software. Die Unterstützung läuft ebenfalls mit USB, LAN oder WLAN.FAX:Hier könnten die Zahlen auf dem Farbdisplay etwas größer gestaltet sein. Oft trifft man nicht die richtige Zahl und muss dann diese wieder löschen. Aber man hat auch ein Telefonbuch, das man über die mitgelieferte Software steuern kann, somit ist das auch kein Problem. Auch können Faxe direkt vom PC / Mac aus an den Drucker gesendet werden, der diese dann verarbeitet.Mailfunktion: Man kann Dokumente direkt vom Drucker per Mail weitersenden, was ich aber nicht nutze.Laufende Kosten // Tinte:Die Tintenpatronen sind einzeln zu erwerben (schwarz und drei Farbpatronen) und wirken auf den ersten Blick relativ teuer in der Anschaffung. ABER: Rechnet man die Kosten auf die gedruckten Seiten herunter ist der Drucker kostenmäßig kaum zu unterbieten. Das angegebene Druckvolumen wurde bei mir sogar übertroffen und es lässt sich auch bei niedrigem Füllstand noch lange Drucken und durch die XL-Patronen lässt sich nochmal Geld sparen. Außerdem halten die Setup-Patronen erstaunlich lange. Ich kaufe die Patronen meistens im Set wodurch sich erneut Geld sparen lässt. J'ai acheté ce produit éligible à l'abonnement proposé par HP (HP Instant Ink) permettant de recevoir automatiquement ses cartouches à domicile à l'aide d'un forfait mensuel. Au-delà du fait que ce soit une imprimante réseau très facile d'installation, c'est un matériel très robuste, rapide, peu bruyant, rien à voir avec les imprimantes d'entrée de gamme. Son chargeur de plus de 200 feuilles et les impressions recto-verso sont un réel atout. Son écran tactile est très pratique, la sensibilité est au rendez-vous. Toute la famille s'est connectée rapidement à ce matériel qui de plus, dispose d'une adresse mail permettant des impressions à distance (si vous êtes connecté au réseau).C'est un matériel de très bonne facture, je le recommande.

Avevo necessità di una stampante affidabile e relativamente veloce. HP è una garanzia in termini di qualità dei prodotti per cui, da possessore di un notebook della serie HP Elitebook, ho deciso l'acquisto di questa stampante. Sono pienamente soddisfatto: di facile installazione, si è collegata immediatamente alla rete. E' dotata di un display touch molto funzionale, la cui unica pecca, per me che sono solito coprire la stampante con un panno per preservarla dalla polvere, è di essere davvero molto sensibile per cui il panno, calandosi, rischia di attivare/disattivare qualche funzione. Ad ogni modo è veramente molto funzionale, anche se di notevole ingombro, ma questo è dovuto alle caratteristiche tecniche del prodotto e dalle numerose funzioni di cui dispone tra cui voglio citare il fronte retro meccanico. Non posso che consigliarla per chi desidera un prodotto affidabile, veloce, dal rapporto costo/stampa basso!

Ojo con las medidas, necesitas mucho espacio: 50cm de fondo (si quieres imprimir en doble cara) x 50cm de ancho x 31cm de alto (42cm para fotocopiar). Si tienes espacio, no lo dudes, es una maravilla. Escanea directamente a pendrive, carpetas de red o te lo envía por correo electrónico. Imprime en doble cara. Usa 4 tintas, por lo que si se acaba un color no tienes que cambiarlos todos (para los que usamos logos de un color sólido esto es es muy útil). Mejor usar papel de 100gr para doble cara en color, el de 80gr se arruga mucho. Se conecta por WIFI a la red, se puede imprimir o escanear desde cualquier ordenador con un software muy intuitivo, incluso desde móvil, con muy pocas configuraciones. Se puede programar que se ponga en marcha y se apague a horas concretas (aunque el modo stand-by consume muy poco). Si piensas sustituir una impresora casera de sobremesa, esta es semi-profesional y un cambio muy positivo.** EDITADO **Al terminar las tintas las he sustituido por unas compatibles que funcionan bien si se imprime en modo normal (en bajo consumo dejan rayas blancas). De repente dejo de imprimir por error en los cartuchos y buscando ayuda me entero que HP envió un comando por internet a todas las impresoras para que no reconozcan estos cartuchos. Cuidado porque los cartuchos tienen un chip y es necesario cambiarlos.

Der Drucker macht was er soll am Mac! Die Druckergebnisse sind ordentlich bis gut...in den Optionen kann ordentlich an der Qualitätgeschraubt werden...mit HQ Papier sehr ordentlich! Mit einem Laser kann er zwar nicht konkurrieren...will er ja auch nicht. Dieser Drucker punktet mit sauberer und einfacher Installation. Wlan ist flux und STABIL eingerichtet!Office Druck wird richtig schwarz wenn in den Optionen auf s/w Druck gestellt wird und bester Qualität (einige Rezensenten bemängelten ein grau...). Foto Druck interessiert mich nicht, dafür gibt es Spezialisten( mal ganz davon ab, ist das amtliche Ausdrucken über Dienste heute billig wie nie und wird selbst von Spezialisten selten in der Qualität erreicht).Für mich super wichtig: wie gut ist der WLAN Empfang? Sehr gut!! Sogar in der Keller Wohnung bester Empfang. Aus dem Schlaf heraus tadellos! Einrichtung WLAN am Drucker selbst ein Kinderspiel...so wie es sein soll. Am Drucker noch ohne eine Installation am Mac oder Pc wird der WLAN-Router am aufgeräumten und intuitiven Menu gefunden u angezeigt, pass rein und fertig. Top. Daran ist der hochgelobte Dell C1765nfw nur gescheitert!!( wenn der Router überhaupt gefunden wird....mal klappt es...nur dann aus dem Schlaf geht alles von vorne los....keine empfang....von der WLAN Stärke mal ganz abgesehen....im Keller 0 Empfang).Mit dem Hewlett-Packard CHP350 Laserpapier HP Colour Laser 100 g/m² Paper gute Ausdrucke.AirPrint funkt auf Anhieb!Einrichtung ein Kinderspiel! Alles ohne Probleme auf meinem Macbook pro late 2013 mit Yosemite installiert. Klasse.Endlich hat die Suche nach einem Multi-Könner-Drucker für zu Hause ein Ende...(nach diversen Anläufen wie der erwähnte Dell u Canon...).Scan Quali wird meine Bedürfnisse abdecken, davon gehe ich aus.Für rund 150€, mit sehr moderaten Druckpreisen wie überall zu lesen ist: Top Deal.

This looks to be far more economic to run than our previous HP printer which lasted 4 years.On purchase of this I noticed a £40 cashback and a free 3 year warranty from HP (Exchange)According to the UK HP website the closing date for the purchase to get the above offers is 30/04/2015 (had to be purchased directly from amazon to get the deal, you will also need to check with HP directly after this date if there is still *any* existing offer)So far these "sweeteners" are confirmed and on track, and the cashback is due to be paid by BACS in a week or two.No significant increase in phone calls asking me if i want to buy solar panels since i gave HP my address and phone number is a good thing.My last HP Printer was a photosmart 309a which lasted an impressive 13000+ prints and probably performed slightly better on photos as it had "grey" ink as well ,however on it failing that's now £61 of 364 XL ink sitting jammed inside the c309a and a few unused 364XL spares that will probably be end up being given away.I just tried printing using my usual HP advanced photo paper on this 8610 and to be honest at this moment it is very similar in quality - seems the paper used is more important than I realised.So perhaps points to be aware of, is this 8610 printer is probably not going to win a beauty contest, it's big and has a more industrial feel to it. Though surprisingly quieter than the C309a it's really "chunky" to look at, I would have prefered it in white also.The plus points outweigh the negatives for us. Switching to ink cartridges that can output 700-1500 pages if bought separately at the same price as our old 364 ink or joining HP's "instant ink" program where you can print 50 pages a month for £1.99 or 300 pages for £7.99 has to be far fairer on the consumer.Instant ink also rolls over what you haven't used on your quota for one month and you can even add 25 printouts on top of your usual use for £1 on the plan we will be on- which is 4p per extra print at the time of review.There is no obligation to stay on instant ink according to what I have understood and you can switch over to buying the retail cartridges. Hp do mention that they can put more ink in the "instant ink" cartridges than a commercially available XL version.I would expect that means you use the same cartridges once delivered,pay the same monthly sub and print out your monthly quotas and a new set arrives before you run out,but not necessarily monthly- as the printer orders them on a demand basis.You aren't charged per colour cartridge used, just per page.Reading the other reviews I didn't give this printer a chance to "not work" via wifi and connected it via a network cable.It does (after registration) have it's own email address for direct printing which then defaults to 300 DPI single sided output only and will print *and scan*from/to hp mobile apps without having a PC turned on as it has its own wifi ssid RX/TX unit (In fact if you turn the tablet, mobile or PC wireless on the 8610 shows up with it's model number as if a router-it has a password only you know that you can print off or display on the screen-you can change this)*You can disable printing to its email address and add prefered senders to suit or turn the function off,so don't worry about other people using up all your ink without your permission.Double sided (duplex unit) clicked in place and fitted well, the top feeding tray for faxing and scanning seems the weak point in ours and it is very similar to our old HP printer. Pages tend to have to be in very good condition to put in the document feeder.It will sometimes jam if the paper isn't really square on inserting,the more pieces of paper placed on the feeder ,the less chance of a jam seems our general rule of thumb. We hardly fax a thing and use the glass scanner function right now. Photocopies are truly great looking.If you pull the front panel on the left toward you may notice a light comes on to help you change your ink,also if you take note of the gigantic cartridges (when compared to 364XL ink and others) you'll probably,like me, feel less anxious about future ink costs.The "setup" ink cartridges have lasted 250 pages for us so far and are 25% depleted-use of these does not count toward use on instant ink if you join that scheme,no paper jams normal and double sided printing up until now for us, but the unit we received was so well protected, this may be why.This printer also updates itself via the net without requiring a pc to download firmware,ours did auto download new firmware within 4 hours of being set up without us doing anything to it,it showed what it was doing on the screen and it seems a good feature - if yours doesn't do this it may be that it's already up to date.Picture 2 shows A new sealed pack of 364 ink (for my broken printer) with the removed 950/951 inks from this printer to demonstrate scale.I have rarely heard ink make any noise in lots of cartridges, in these 950/951 setup inks you can hear the liquid ink on shaking them.quite easily.Print Quality is that of a good office printer,the paper tray will accept a LOT of 80GSM paper or photo paper, but not both at the same time as far as I can see.The printer has no power brick, as the psu is internal.We were lucky ,I think, and purchased this at the right time.I looked briefly at the integral web content that the printer can print out on a schedule,most of it doesn't quite seem "English enough" as yet, but we will see if that changes over time.Providing ink costs don't rise too much over 3 years and you are ok using a single touchscreen over physical buttons, it may be a sensible choice for those who want to save money on cartridges and postage/trips to stationers.If you have the time to record your serial number and scan and upload your invoice to HP, you have a pretty good printer, Guaranteed 3 years by the manufacturer at less than £90 initial cost after cashback (check the HP website before you purchase, for offer expiry dates and the full legal details of any agreements)I feel glad I have purchased this as our old HP IS dead,was just costing too much in 364XL ink and I really struggled when tasked to look for something that would either not be too flashy for our needs or basically too much of a toy.This, I feel strikes a nice balance in a confusing market sector.
